Peter Grant Documentary

Hi, a few years back (well maybe 15 or so) I remember seeing a documentary on UK TV about Peter Grant. It had interviews with members of his family, John Paul Jones and people who he had worked with. I recall the show being part of a series that covered famous managers and included Tom Parker and Malcolm McLaren. Does anybody know where I can get a hold of the Peter Grant episode?

The best Peter Grant documentary (and probably the one you are referring to) is a program called Mr. Rock & Roll which aired on BBC 4 in the UK on September 24, 1999. Unfortunately, it seems to have been removed from YouTube. I would upload it, but will not have my copy readily available for quite some time.

Robert Plant and Jimmy Page weren't interviewed for this?

Wow, nice find dazedjeffy. Grant was definitely an interesting guy, and like Led Zeppelin, shrouded in mystery. I never knew Grant was in The Guns Of Navarone and Cleopatra.

I need to go thru Cleopatra frame by frame because as I recall Peter's scenes were left on the cutting room floor--meaning he does not appear in the final edit of the film.
