Rather than give my opinion on everything you said (since I have a lot of opinions on those things) I'll comment on the title and your two question marks. John Bonham was the best drummer of all time by far. On keyboards it's John Paul Jones imo with Ray Manzerak, Billy Preston and Jerry Lee Lewis as runner ups. If you include classical then they all take a drop though. Bass: Who cares, they're bass players.

If it were to happen I couldn't imagine them not incorporating music from their entire career together. As much as I love Physical Graffiti how can you have a Zeppelin show without Stairway To Heaven, hits like Rock And Roll and/or Whole Lotta Love and the instrumental jams like Dazed And Confused, No Quarter and/or Moby Dick? Of course if they got back together to go on a polka tour I would still buy tickets.
