  1. Cookie: Do you know where Mr. Plant's rune is in the photo?
  2. Marilyn Monroe and Hedy Lamar (with a Les Paul)
  3. Thanks CLW. One of my favorite Zep songs. Boy, the crowd was really lovin' it, weren't they!!!
  4. Ahaaaaa. Robert sure does look like his Dad. His Mum is quite beautiful. Thanks Honeydrip.
  5. Debs: Jimmy with the Beach Boys I've never seen this before. Great job. So much entertainment in such a short space! Hey now, all those '80s vids, heavenly!.
  6. Thanks so much SAJ. A very interesting story. I guess we'll never know what prompted Bonzo to do what he did to the paintings. Maybe he had had a few drinks...or more than a few to cause his total disregard for the paintings.
  7. SAJ : Could you expand on the vandalism at the Galerie Birch please? What did the band do? Was it actually members of the band who were "vandals" or the people around them, i.e., road crew. Thanks
  8. Thanks Debs. I loved "In the Evening" You always pick out the just right vids.
  9. I truly feel your pain.
  10. Thanks DK. I now know everything I ever wanted to know about the "thing on the floor." Geezer and I were intrigued by his actions on his guitar when he went over to fix that boost pedal. A person can become very knowledgeable about this kind of thing thanks to you, and others on this board.
  11. Led Zeppelin I on an original, but somewhat scratched, vinyl. Still superb.
  12. We would like to present to you, Mr. Robert Plant, the new spokesperson for the "Lemon Growers Association of America." Our motto: "Once squeezed, our lemons are so juicy, the juice will run down your leg."
  13. Kenog: Is that Charlotte Martin or Patty Boyd? Also, none of those guys can wear lip gloss like Jimmy Page or Robert Plant (Earl's Court 1975). Let the tomatoes fly. I love Eric Clapton because I love the blues, and he plays the blues very, very well. JMO Debs: I also love "EC Was Here"
  14. Thanks SAJ and Cookie. All is clear to me now. I had a very good feeling that the band would donate part of the proceeds from all the Celebration Day items to the Foundation.
  15. I am really confused now. So, let me see if I have this right. All sales from the concert tickets, t-shirts, etc. went to the foundation. The box set sales, monies from the Celebration Day movie were also donated, or only partly donated? So then, the band, record company and promoters donated their time and expertise to the foundation. If so, that is extremely generous of them. Maybe, as Cookie said, the band donated part and kept part - to pay who they had to pay.
  16. Thanks, Cookie. I thought something like that may have been the case as the band did have to pay for the production costs of the DVD, etc.
  17. I have a question that may have been answered, if so, I can't find it. I know that all of the proceeds from the O2 concert went to the Ertegan Foundation. Do you know if the sales from all the merch that the band put out went to the Foundation, or, did the band keep the proceeds from the merch.
