  1. excellent post, alucard! sonic youth art is awesome-i'll have to keep my eye out for some as i shop. as for the music, well: i'm a fan of 'ghost bitch', 'drunken butterfly', etc concert art=NOTDEAD!
  2. good one! i have this interview, too. must have filed it in my brain as "same room-didn't meet". so, what was your question again?
  3. luke the duke knows the score on this one....maybe he will drop by. oh, luke!
  4. hey, i heard about this! it's about jesus and leonardo, isn't it? tom hanks and monty python. best sellers and bottom dwellars. monalisa smile? if you were this guy: you might be tempted: to say:
  5. here is his excellent site: http://bigjimsullivan.com/ and his page on jimmy: http://bigjimsullivan.com/JimmyPage.html here is a page documentary that has big jim being interviewed: page documentary edit to add: part 1 part 1
  6. i was a big fan of k-she 95 back in the 70's and 80's. in southern illinois where i went to college, it was essential to have a sticker of the smoking pig. i miss that station-soes it still rock?
  7. been re-reading "inside the third reich" by albert speer. not as good a "spandau diaries", but i still pick it up every few years or so. i also just picked up "greatest works of art of the western civilization" by thomas hoving. i'd have to agree with most of his 150 or so choices. nice printing, too... i've almost finished "w.e.b. du bois biography of a race" by david levering lewis. very thorough and well written. a quote: "we claim for ourselves every single right that belongs to a freeborn american-and until we get these rights we will never cease to protest or assail the ears of america. the battle we wage is not for ourselves but for all true americans". -du bois born 1868
  8. that's a good one. i like this question. i have other questions: what do you seek? i suspect you seek knowledge, attention, and or notoriety, but these are suface impressions. the base impression is knowledge. if this is true, and you have a sturdy self-belief system, never fear knowing. it always leads to better decisions later. if you are excited by the trance of "the forbidden", this is a false path and can lead to only disappointment. many doorways are exotic, and many are sturdy. look at one and go through the other. but that's just me....
  9. i don't have any problem with your time here. i was concerned that your time spent with the 'esoteric' instead of the 'evolutionary' might be rubbish. usually, people capable of cracking a book or two have a better chance than most, but there you go. i was giving you the benefit of the doubt and trying to save you some time. the knowledge you call 'hidden' isn't. it is there for all to see (should they want to). the true hidden knowledge is within and totally dependant on the 'will'. as i say, i got no axe.... oh, here ya go:
  10. yes, one more appropriate might have been better. emphasis on might. through the seal? hurry up.... true meaning? can only be held by the owner. all other "true" meanings" are suppositions. but you knew that, didn't you? i knew you did. symbols, or course, are for the 'symbol-minded'. where is the will? always the key... to seek the true hidden knowledge, look into yourself. all else is a poor reflection. especially when focused on what others searched for and possibly found. your suggestions for my personal time are hysterically funny. i refrain from the little smiley faces, although you do wear them well.... how you have spent your time so far is not only wasteful, but rubbish. don't pretend. just be. and let others be. good luck!
