Yeah I typically cook with low sodium foods or no salt added, then lightly season it as I go. Not bad at all! Plus use ground turkey and chicken sausage instead of beef, etc. Much leaner with much of the taste intact. ✌🏼

I usually don’t dip my fries in anything, but if I’m eating bbq I do - especially crinkle cut fries in bbq baked beans...amazing!! 😋

Mack and the Raiders haven’t spoken since February? Earl Thomas not at Seattle’s camp and reportedly has his house up for sale. HoF game this weekend! Can’t wait for some football and Hard Knocks with the Browns begins next week. Josh Gordon makes is all the way back from indefinite suspension only to not be expected in camp... If you’re able to play the video you’ll see why - it’s completely albino/white. Yeah I follow a handful of tagged sharks on twitter. Interesting to see their migration patterns. Another area of interest is off Long Island. Lots of great white sharks have their babies there.

Really enjoyed the performance. The voice is still a little over the top, but the music is shinning through, for me.

They opened for Adam Ant when we saw him in Feb. I love their sound and they are awesome live. Lots of energy and heavy sound. Supposed to be coming out with new music soon.

Yep we did! It was a crazy night all the way around, between the Uber ride(s), the fans, and the opportunistic city dwellers around the stadium, it was a night for the memory books! Yeah he travels well. Sleeps most of the ride, goes at the rest areas. Doesn’t eat much. He swam for the first time ever, while we were in Lake Champlain. Hysterical. He never would in the pool, even with his life vest on. He’d been more freaked out if he’d stayed with a friend, which is what we had to do while in DC with jr’s class. He ran away that time! Dug a hole under her fence and took off looking for us. He’s a character!

Nice to hear, Kiwi! Been cooking for a few days straight preparing meals for my in-laws. M-I-L had her replaced hip, replaced again because of a egotistical shitty doctor. She’s been in a rehab facility since last week and my F-I-L is getting older and can’t do a whole lot to take care of her - so I’ve been making their favorite meals for them, since I have the time. I love cooking, but enough is enough!

It was at The Shelburne Hotel in mid-town, Lex and 38th I believe - if you’re familiar with nyc. Great time, except the dog would not go potty on the sidewalk/lightpoles/fire hydrants, etc and was taken aback when the others would crap on the sidewalk. Ears pinned back like “I’m outta here!” Suburb dog for sure! Yeah, she loves it. Sunroof, V-6, and good sound system, so she’s good to go!
