Boston really played so much better tonight than they did in the last four games. Swayman was dialed in and the Bs got better and better as the game went on. I am happily surprised!!

Bruins defying my non expectations

Great goal by Pastrnak. Swayman was great so was samsonov. I'm glad I didn't allow myself to get all messed up over this series. Sometimes I feel being a Bruins fan is just a way for the universe to mess with me.

I'm not sweating anything, Normally I would be really fired up about the Bruins and my blood pressure would be through the roof but this year I have no real expectations whatsoever so It's really not hurting as much as you might think. I did predict they'd be getting swept by the Panthers even if they do win tonight which shows you just how much faith I have.

Man the Bruins really stuck up the place again tonight. As if it wasn't bad enough that they were getting shut out they end up scoring a goal with a tenth of a second left in the game after toronto had made it 2 0. Bruins just killed toronto 3 to 1. They played a great game and kept toronto to the outside all game. Swayman played well and it made no difference that nylander was back on the ice. I mean it didn't matter in the regular season that he was playing the Bruins still beat them 4 - 0. Mathews didn't play in the third for unknown reasons. Bruins can put toronto to bed tuesday night as the panthers and tampa will be going at least 5 games. Go Bruins!!

Pasternak scored 61 goals last year . Not too far off from mathews. His combined goals from this year and last year have him at the top of the league. and so far they both have one goal. Bruins lose a tough game. Ullmark made great saves and the Bruins played a decent game but they just couldn't score. Although they lost I can't feel too bad about the game.

The Bruins smoked toronto tonight 5 to 1. Swayman was awesome in net and the Bs only had a couple moments where they weren't skating. For the most part they shut the leafs down even with 35 shots. The Bs defended galently. lets hope they can keep it going.
