Had a GREAT day sight seeing with the family

Squash, carrots, haddock, peas, homemade cranberry sauce and 2 tall glasses of water

Today we are planning to hike to the top of a small mountain, 800 vertical feet. Afterwards we are going to pick apples, plums, and peaches. Should be a fun time. I'm going to post some pictures later today.

Just eating a slice of flax seed raisin bread, with some peanut better on top! There is a bowl of porridge with a tall glass of water in front of me.

Blue skies, a strong breeze, a few small puffy white clouds, the temps today are going to 17 Degrees or 62 F the ocean has some nice wave action

Flax seed flour, 1 egg, with a cup of orange juice mixed in, blueberries thrown in, some brown sugar, and some baking powder, and some cinnamon. It makes great pancakes with maple syrup.
