  4. This guy walks into a bar with a monkey by his side, the bartender says hey you can't come in here with that monkey! The guy says it's ok he won't be any trouble. So the guy pulls up a stool to the bar, sits down to have a beer and the monkey sits on the stool next to him. Well a couple people rack up the billards and break. Suddenly the monkey leaps from the stool and on to the table, grabs the cue ball and sticks it in his mouth and swallows it. The bartender tells him to take his monkey and leave. A couple weeks pass and the same guy comes back to the bar with the monkey. The bartender says I told you not to come back in here with that monkey. Guy says don't worry he won't be a problem I promise. So the guy is sitting and drinking his beer and gives the monkey some peanuts to eat. The monkey takes the peanuts and one at a time he reaches around and puts the peanuts to his butt and then eats the peanut. After awhile the bartender says to the guy what is that monkey doing with those peanuts? The guy says he's checking for size!
  5. Ah! I'm beginning to understand now, why I should have been born with six inch long rubber fingers. You guys design equipment as though it will "NEVER BREAK" LOL! I've changed many a striped out gear shafts in the bottom of a barge in 104f temp. after an impellar on the end of that gearbox locked up and the 671 Detroit Diesel with a gear driven supercharger and 850ftlbs of torque sheared it like peanut butter without missing a beat! A buddy of mine, his father was a mechanical engineer with a degree from Tulane and Loyola. One day he was installing winch motors on his boat that were to be used for hoisting wingnet frames (80ga aluminum) and he couldn't figure out why when he applied the switch that the motors wouln't run. So he calls me up and ofcourse I couldn't diagnose the problem over the phone so I head down to the dock to have a look. Well as soon as I pull up I see the problem, he has 115v house wiring going up the A frame to the motors I tell him that the wire is too small for a 12v system and he argues that the wire can handle 115v I said yes but it must have taken 15min for him to comprehend that he needed heavier gauge wire for the increase in amperage. The lower the voltage the higher the amps Reminding me of this story is what made me happy today

One of the most electrofying shows I've ever experience in my life! Saw them in a Uni arena seating about 5,000 they opened the show with this song and Instead of appearing on stage, Angus came out from the back of the arena riding on the shoulders of this huge guy that looked like he was from the WWF working their way through the crowd to the stage. What a way to open a show. F%&#ing kicked our arses all night long! http://youtube.com/watch?v=X80Qjh9Yivs&feature=related

  17. Before the storm Halloween was becoming a big event here for adults and has since picked up steam again. You see as many folks in costume as you do for Mardi-Gras. It seems to be "The" place to be for Halloween and events are held all over the area not just the Quaters. Take that place the House of Shock for instance, it's actually in Jefferson a suburb of New Orleans right under the Huey P Long bridge in a warehouse district. HaHaHa it's funny you should mention wet pants, I actually saw a woman that did just that. Poor lady was in tears. First time I went I slipped in some kinda goo and busted my butt lol.
  18. If you ever come to New Orleans for Halloween they have alot of different ghost tours. But this was the best $20 I ever spent simply fantastic. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtxfRZjjLKo...useofshock.com/
