I’m guessing Jimmy was probably unhappy Gorman told this tale out of school in the first place, and even less happy Rich was forced to address it! I wouldn’t expect an answer of any substance if he’s ever asked about it.
I’m sure. I just wish they’d go to the source to confirm. I’ve actually met Rich and he does snub people. On the last occasion I saw the BC, He had his own bus with his dogs and wouldn’t come out to meet fans while the rest of the band were friendly and hung out.

Have fun. I'm sitting this one out.
The first time I saw the Rolling Stones they had Mick Taylor. The last time I saw the Rolling Stones Mick Taylor was with them again. I like the symmetry of that...40 years of Rolling Stones concerts beginning and ending with Mick Taylor.
If I win tickets from radio, I’ll go. Otherwise, I’ll sit this one out, too.
I’ve seen the Stones multiple times over the years, too (w/ Prince, Living Colour, etc)

I just might have to make the trip up to the great white north to see Big Wreck and Tea Party together. If Rival Sons joined them then That would be the best Bill.

The difference is that Rival Sons are actually listenable and have the goods in concert. While GVF makes you want to cut off your ears, stab your eyes with an ice-pick and render your innards with a hot iron.
Lol. 😀

Shakira sang a medley of her songs along with part of “Kashmir” this evening at the SuperBowl LIV halftime show in Miami. She sang, played guitar and later played drums during her performance.

Kiss and DLR opened their new leg / tour last night in New Hampshire. Kiss performed the same set as first leg with exception of replacing two older songs with “Tears Are Falling” and “Parasite”.
Paul continues with Pre-recorded vocals (soundman runs them through PA system as needed). DLR had pre-recorded backing vocal tracks running all night, too, while he sang as best as he could live.
Videos are on YouTube.

Rival Sons (Feral Roots - best Rock album) were robbed of their two Grammys by Cage The Elephant (more pop than rock and it came out two years ago) and Gary Clark Jr (more blues than rock).
This newest album (Feral Roots) IMHO is the best Rock album of the past decade. They should be headlining festivals with 6 albums & self titled EP (before the fire, head down, pressure and time, great western valkrye, hollow bones & feral roots).

That is actually a genius idea! I don't like reality TV but that sounds like a great show. It would be hilarious. They'd all get so pissy.
Maybe they could make it based on a tour in that van, like a small club tour within the New England/New York area. They could document the tour in the manner you describe.
Nobody would survive. Lol.
seriously, Kramer probably has early stages of Dementia and they just want to protect him as well as the bands legacy. I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough, but I don’t think he’s coming back to play another gig with them live again.

Lol. Not sure if this confirms me staying away from the Kiss concert now or not. It’s either going to be a train wreck, which makes me want to see it all fall apart or if he’s just going to talk 90% of the time like he did in the first few Vegas shows recently (as seen on YouTube). I’d really like to root for him as the underdog and see him actually do well, but he needs to bring it. Lol

Yup. I remember watching the video "Making Pump" where Tyler keeps trying to show Kramer how to play the drum parts and that pissed off Kramer to no end. I think I remember they almost fought over it. Tyler comes across as such an egomaniac.
Yep. Maybe Tyler wants studio credits for drum parts and then Just bring drum tech in for live so they only split $ four ways instead of five ( a la the Eagles sans Felder).

Maybe they just edited them differently, so we’d buy all the versions / w/ format variations and talk about them here on the forum for promotion 😄

Someone please stick a fork in this band, they're done.
Exactly. Sounds like Tyler just doesn’t want to play with Joey anymore and wants him out of the band. As a result, each side is airing their laundry in public right before two of their (possible) last two Big public appearances (as MusiCares / Industry artist of the year and at The Grammys w/ Run DMC performance (which they’re playing most likely to “prerecorded tracks”).
