  1. I was one of the many on the forum listening for replies from those lucky ones of Which songs were being performed as it happened. I remember at first, it was believed they did Custard Pie. It was a magical day in history to be hanging on to every report coming in to the forum. Happy 10th Anniversary Ahmet Tribute!!! They did it!!! Hope we’ll see something again from Robert, Jimmy, John & Jason. R😎
  2. I’ve seen them 4 times since their very first tour in 2010 honoring John Bonham (once in Florida and three times in Atlanta with Tony Catania, who did a great job). I’m so looking forward to seeing them in two weeks in Nashville w/ Jimmy Sakurai. Thanks for sharing Youtube video clips. R😎
  3. Cool to see Jimmy with JBLZE πŸ˜€πŸŽΈπŸ‘ R😎
  4. Looking at Going to see Jimmy Sakurai for first time with JBLZE in Nashville in a couple of weeks (December 13). I’ve known Jimmy for a while and he is probably the best to represent the Legacy of Jimmy Page’s Guitar style and playing for anyone who hasn’t seen or wasn’t old enough to see Led Zeppelin Live (β€˜68-β€˜80). He’s the nicest guy & even played my danelectro guitar when he toured through Atlanta w/ Led Zeppagain a year ago. RπŸ˜ŽπŸŽΈπŸ‘
  5. Ok. Enjoy the show when you go. RπŸ˜€πŸŽΈπŸ‘
  6. Too cool 😎 have fun!!! RπŸ˜€πŸŽΈ
  7. BCC’s β€œSway” music video: R😎
  8. This great video along with numerous pages / posts from BCC has already been posted (last Saturday) in the pre/post Led Zeppelin thread (for the last 6 plus years) due to Jason Bonham (being an Honary Member of the band from the 2007 O2, Atlantic 40th Anniversary in β€˜88, etc). R😎
  9. Wish they’d play the southeastern US again. It’s been 20 years. I saw them on their first tour in SC. R😎
  10. Video for β€œsong for my resting place” R😎
  11. There’s a bonus track on the vinyl not on other formats (cd, digital). Enjoy. R😎
  12. Yep. I got it the day it was released . Cool album R😎
  13. I really do hope an official / authorized bootleg series is in the works (to cover 68-80 live). *That would be a great way to start a 50th Anniversary celebration next year.* Could you imagine, at least one great performance or best of performances from each of their touring years being compiled, digitally remastered from the best source tapes and released digital, cd & limited edition vinyl with liner notes from the surviving members along with related quotes from John Bonham? R😎
  14. I just talked with Joe Bonamassa and Kevin Shirley on Sirius XM channel 106 Volume on Eddie Trunk's show this afternoon. I asked Kevin if he had worked on anything with Jimmy Page for their 50th Anniversary next year and he said he hasn't spoken with Jimmy in about the 10 years, since working on several projects with him/ Led Zep. The rebroadcast is on tonight (now til midnight on channel 106 for those of you with Sirius XM) and for those of you that don't have it, it will be later added to Eddie Trunk's podcast soon. R😎
  15. That would be nice and all, but that would already have to be pre-produced, recorded, mixed and edited and for them to get it out in time for their 50th Anniversary (in a few months). It takes some time to do that stuff, having worked in tv/film industry for 20+ years. Then, there's legal, all three signing off on final edit/ cut & mix (audio) , clearance, rights , distribution deals, etc. Hope they started recording all that a few years back for it to make it out for 2018. If not, then if they started now, it might be out by 2020. I'm sure they have something else planned (to what degree, it's unknown). R😎
  16. Hope they would release a 50th Anniversary documentary video (DVD/blu -ray) with newly / recently taped interviews of each surviving member (as it's been documented they have recorded quite a few things on video in the past ten years like jason at headley grange (led zep IV album review???), Robert in NYC in front of physical graffiti (tea shop now), Jimmy various interviews (Re-Masters, Chris Cornell, jimmy's book release tour), their O2 press conference, Kennedy Center Honors, letterman & Charlie Rose interviews from 2012, etc) and family members (Jason, Zoe, Pat, Logan, Maureen, etc) , their personal stories / memories as well as interviews from those close to them (Cole, etc). Maybe some music, too, like a bonus cd / digital with "Swan Song", "Fire", "a few live cuts with Bonzo, etc. R😎
  17. A few friends saw it last night. The DVD / blu ray with extras comes out later this month. R😎🎸
  18. Best Buy has SHADE cd on sale $7.99 this week R😎
  19. New record SHADE out NOW πŸ˜ŽπŸŽΈπŸ‘
  20. Gotcha. I can see that, too! What's wrong with a Lamborghini? Jason drives a yellow one with fourstix on the plates πŸ˜œπŸ‘ I did want them to play longer the last two or three times they came through (45 minute set just scratched the surface and opening for Heart a few years ago as well as Cheap Trick & Foreigner this year). They need 2 + hour gig of their own with maybe an opener so they can do a proper tribute to Bonzo (like when I saw them first in November 2010 on the first JBLZE tour). Since then, it's been marginalized due to opening / time constraints. We got 9 songs this year. (They should have started 30 minutes earlier). https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/jason-bonham/2017/chastain-park-amphitheater-atlanta-ga-7be5eee0.html R😎
