mrledhed
I just want to ask him one question for the book I'm writing about Zep concert equipment. How could I email him if that's possible?

You should ask here, too. Other people know about that sort of thing.

A lot of these celebrity types don't answer questions, they are basically afraid to interact with the world around them, it's odd, there is the odd the one that will respond to an email or answer a question, but a lot of them are scared which is sad really. Hope he answers your question or responds in some manner - good luck!

IpMan
I would be very surprised if he knows, he was the tour manager, not an equipment tech.
NealR2000
I would be very surprised if he knows, he was the tour manager, not an equipment tech. I agree. He'll tell you, to the best of his fuzzy recollection, information about hotels, airports, cargo, limo hire, police escorts, drugs, groupies, damage, booze, mud sharks, etc. It's highly unlikely he would know much about the finer points of musical equipment. In my opinion, although he held the title of tour manager, the real tour manager was Grant, and Cole really acted as his assistant.
