At first she thought I was kidding when I told her it was a Scorsese film, then I told her it would have Emmylou Harris and Neil Diamond in it and she really thought I was full of it. She was really blown away by how good the music was and she knew almost every song, after swearing to me she only knew The Weight and The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down. I remember seeing this at the show and I was bored to tears. Way way too long! I enjoyed it much more years later when it was shown on cable.
