The Velvet Revolver rumour was started when someone asked Duff whether they would consider touring with Zeppelin and of course he said yes, if it was offered, and then he was quoted out of context to make it look as though he was saying there was a deal being made at the time. A lot of these rumors are started by bad ,BAD journalists/editors and F/WITS .There is nothing worse than reading a "Breaking News"story and the article is full of mistakes; (peoples age,band members names spelt wrong )Just look for anything that looks "dodgie" and 9xout of 10 it will be. I heard The latest tour rumor today on the radio .And it is to be confirmed by an official announcement by led zeppelin before the end of the week ;Being that led zeppelin will play 4 concerts in Canada latter in the year! 2008 .so yeah; they still are out there (the rumors)so as usually us poor fans just have to wait and see.
