  1. Running Up That Hill - Kate Bush
  2. This might be a question you've already been asked and if so, I apologize.....are you getting court-ordered child support from him for her? If not, I would heavily, heavily suggest you do that. Force the bastard to pay. That way she's guaranteed to get Christmas presents from him.
  3. Here Comes The Sun - The Beatles
  4. My parents are smokers. I don't like it, have bitched to them for years about quitting for the sake of their health, but in the end...it's their choice. My parents are not rapists, racists, sexists, murderers or pedophiles and I'm insulted for them that you'd categorize them as such. They smoke, they don't barbecue puppies. WTF is the matter with you?
  5. Since the WS ended, I think it's been three or four times now. I'm not sure what you mean by official capacity, though. There's different tiers of blogs there. There's Players, Pros (beat writers and such) and then Fans. As much as I'd love to be paid to write about the Yankees, I don't think either of the newspapers and such down here would have a market for that! As for what made me happy today - I got an offer to be moderator at one of the other two boards I frequent. I'm pretty stoked about that because I've only been there a short time compared to a lot of the other members.
  6. You're awesome. Don't change.

  7. Road To Nowhere - Talking Heads
  8. Lead Me On - Maxine Nightengale
  9. Nope. Aerosmith is great in their own way, Eric Clapton is uber-effing-fantastic is his own way....combined? Bad news. Think of it this way - chocolate is great. Cheese is great. Chocolate and cheese together? Puke city. That's kinda what this is.
  10. I thought it was the perfect song to start the O2 concert. First song from the first album.....makes for a great show opener.
  11. I've always loved this song and think it's a bit underrated by Zeppelin fan standards. Whenever people talk about the first album, they naturally mention Dazed and Confused or Good Times, Bad Times but seldom this one. It's a beautiful song and their interpretation of it lends it a certain something that not even the great Joan Baez could (and her version is damn good as well!).
  12. Same here. Some of their songs sounded better live, others when they did them live, went on far too long. D&C is one of them. Although I do love the live version from the RAH on the DVD.
  13. Rock & Roll, Hoochie Koo - Edgar Winter
