...so just hours after I posted about how short life is on the Patrick Swayze thread, I find out that a co-worker passed away suddenly Sunday evening. Blech! We worked together for 3 years, and were becoming really good friends. She was just one of those ppl who never passed judgment, ya know? Had this understanding. We all spent the day consoling each other, and trying to figure out how to tell her clients. That's the hard part, telling people. oh hell, I've gone on too long. Be at peace, my friend. :'(

One of my fave gangster movies. I also just watched some of the Sopranos over the weekend and it's the first time I've seen it. Man, am I behind the times. Funny, I've never seen the Sopranos either. I love the Godfather, the second is the best, but I don't get HBO, so... I think I'll re-watch Serpico this weekend. Love Pacino!!!

watched "Donnie Brasco" again. True story, you should see it. went to see "Julie and Julia" yesterday. Streep is brilliant. Nailed it!

saw "Public Enemies"..It was really well done, but didn't grab me like I expected it would. Oh well, I HAD to look at Johnny Depp for an hour and a half *sigh*. Also saw "Cadillac Records", the Leonard Chess story. Pretty good. Great music.

Finally! I think summer has arrived in Massachusetts. Just give it 5 minutes, though...LOL
