  1. GOPers/Tea PARTY members, does that suit you better??? Derogatory? This the same group that simulates pictures of the President with pictures of Hitler. I hope your/their feelings weren't hurt by me referring to them based on their ridiculous get-ups they wear at their rallies..... ....and how is that considered a homosexual reference, BTW?
  2. I noticed the release date for the "Tin Shed Tales" double disc was not in that press release. It will be released on Tuesday, April 24.
  3. http://youtu.be/dACq7kTYy4s Share a night of tales and songs with one of Australia’s most iconic singer songwriters John Butler returns to his roots to perform a series of solo concerts throughout the country in March and April. Aptly titled “Tin Shed Tales”, the tour takes in capital cities and a host of regional areas; these shows will be a rare opportunity to hear the music of this iconic artist in a raw and intimate setting. John will be bringing his Tin Shed along for the ride, decked out with a collection of personal art pieces, old skool skateboards and vintage guitars, these items are laid out in his shed at home where he draws inspiration for his art and songwriting. The Tin Shed Tales tour will feature special guests Felicity Groom and Mama Kin, who will open and participate in the shows (see list of shows below). In December last year John decided to put on a surprise concert for his fans in Perth. The unplugged acoustic show was announced a day before the performance and with only 300 seats available it sold out in under seven minutes. He shared many anecdotes with the audience and performed songs from his vast catalogue spanning across all five albums. Thus the “Tin Shed Tales” concept came to life. 4. Because they walk around with tea bags hanging off their hats, nothing ironic about it and not intended to go in the direction you did.
  5. One Of These Nights - Eagles
  6. How would you know what my opinion of the case is, seeing that you have been here less than 48 hours and the thread that was used as a basis for discussion has been removed? Unless, of course, you are not new here....if that's the case then step up and say so. I could care less if your opinion differs from mine, it's called "free speech" as long as it's not offensive to the mods and the members here. Peace.
  7. Let's see....one is a fictional film made in Britin, while the other was spoken words at a political NRA meeting in America by an American. Don't really see the correlation there..... Besides, I have never even heard of that movie before and it seems to have not made much of a splash here - only 14 days in what 143 total theatres in the US. Plus it was dismissed by members of both political parties, so hard to pin it to a US political group when it wasn't even made here. Really reaching here.......
  8. I still don't get why Clinton was labeled as a draft dodger when he was legitimately in school? For me it's not about what "generalized group" the person is linked to, but rather how they got out of going to Vietnam. Some had parents who knew the right people to just keep them out of harm's way and stationed where they would never be sent off to war, or just had to check in from time to time to keep things "legal". Others had multiple furloughs to keep them out the service all together. That would again fall under hypocrisy has no limits - to me. Whatever.... Back to Ted, his ego always has seemed to out distance his talent - IMO.
  9. Schedules were released yesterday. Lots of great matchups throughout the season. My 'boys only play 3 home games in the first 11 weeks of the season and then close with Pittsburgh and New Orleans at home and the hated 'skins on the road for the last game of the season..... First game at the Giants on Wed., Sept. 5th. Up next: The Draft - a week from tomorrow!
  10. ^ Recurring theme there MM? Dancing With Myself - Billy Idol
  11. I knew Ted was a nut job - just never knew he was that much of a pussy! Hypocrisy has no end, indeed!
  12. ....and here I always thought it was the GOP'ers/Tea baggers who always played the homosexual innuendo card? Glad I stay Independent!
  13. LOVE that the Red Sox locker room is imploding....and it's only the middle of April!
  14. It appears so....but there is another torch bearer to take his place. Never seen that before, have we? Greenman, I believe you are correct in your assessment of the situation and charges.
  15. ^ No, that was first degree murder they were trying to get in the Anthony trial.
  16. On The Turning Away - Pink Floyd
  17. ^ I wouldn't pay to see him anymore, Ace I would though! He said KISS a brand and he will continue it even after the original guys are finished - this would be a perfect way for him to capitalize on modern technology! It was creative and Snoop does sound good rapping with Pac!
  18. Turn It On Again - Genesis
  19. So, what happened to the other thread? And I see someone has been banned last night too....any correlation? I have no idea what lead the State's Attorney to set the charge at 2nd degree murder, but there has to be some evidence to support it - you would think - or her reputation would be on the line. Then again, things are never as clear as they seem..... Welcome "new member" ^ you were a busy boy last night, on your first night here!
  20. Title of thread: Next Concert You Are ATTENDING
  21. All I can say is.....I see the wheels in Gene Simmons' head turning right now!
