Hey, thanks! I LOVE them. There is some crazy mathematical shit going on in their tunes. Check out Danny Carey's website. I don't really get how they come up with it, but it rocks. My daughter says you have to have a music degree to bang your head to it Anyway, he is my favorite drummer, after Bonzo. Incredible. I thought they were amazing live, and didn't care that they didn't talk to the audience. But they are dangerous to drive to.

Okay, so I'm new at this and have already done some dumb things (like starting a Jason thread before I realized there was one in the News section, already). So, somebody started a Tool thread in a different section recently, and then somebody else got pissed off because there is already this one (which I just found ), and showed us pictures of guns in his posts! Sorry to have offended anyone. I, for one, am going to try to post with a little more discretion Anyway, love Tool, seen 'em 2 times, find their music useful for meditation. Great, great band. And now I shut up.

I saw them in '85, I think it was. They rocked. When they were done, some blonde chick appeared out of nowhere and bodyslammed Page.

I saw them back in 1980-something. I remember Plant saying something about Bonzo, and everyone applauded and cheered (I think it must have been Bonzo's birthday). I also remember people up in the rafters over the stage, with their legs hanging down. They were swinging their legs back and forth to the music. It was a good concert.

That made me happy today!
