  1. There is a Celebration Day ad in the top of that page! So Rick what do you think of Nolan?? LaFontainne will do well, were both brought in from outside the organization?
  2. Europa is very interesting, ever since it's been proven we have life on earth that requires no sunlight, Europa has been the leading candidate for ET life in our solar system In my opinion. If there is as much volcanic activity on Europa as we believe, I see a direct comparison with the scenario we have here in our own oceans, life swarming around the vents below, never seeing the light of our Sun......if that life has or could develop intelligence to the point of communication is not relevant as far as I'm concerned, if it's there in any form, it would be the greatest discovery of our time.
  3. I wouldn't think any native Texans would have an issue with the lyrics. After all, it's about a Texas chick doing him wrong.....I would think most guys, or girls for that matter could relate to that. Yeah Sue, he's down in Austin (part time), not too far from Dallas, but a world away , culturally speaking.
  4. I saw the SO, Molson had a nice goal.

  10. Last year my parents found a the letters and photos my father's father sent back from Europe in WWII. They scanned them and made books for all his grand kids. Here are a few pics I took from that collection.... Allan M. Myers 1918 - 1986 On a bike in Hunsfeld, Germany A postcard sent from where he stayed when the Battle of the Buldge was over The sign to the elevator at Eagles Nest
  11. Redrum, thanks for posting those photos.
  12. Led Zeppelin live, and Led Zeppelin studio are two entirely different planetary objects , in their own sonic solar system. I enjoy spending time on each, one as much as the other.
  13. The greatest Page Plant show I’ve been to was at the Garden 7/16/98. While searching youtube, I’ve found an audience bootleg that very accurately shows how crazy and loud the crowd was that night. The visuals are shaky and focus on Lee & Jones more than Jimmy and Robert due to the position of the camera. This complete show, if enjoyed from an audio perspective, is a endless source for goose bumps …….I’ve since forgotten my section number, it was in the back, just as the floor elevates. I will never forget this evening at the Garden………….Jimmy and Robert walked on water this night ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKF8lUOKGno
  14. I had smoked gouda on saltine crackers for breakfast
  15. List of programs broadcast by History : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_programs_broadcast_by_History_(TV_network)
  16. History Channel....... the most thought-provoking stop on the dial. ESPN is obsolete, left standing stagnant in the shadow of all the individual sport's networks. NHL, MLB, NFL all do a far better job with their own coverage. Now that NBC, FOX and CBS have their own sports channels, ESPN has become as relevant as an old Sports Illustrated issue collecting dust on a waiting room end table.
