Rock N' Rollin' Man
Discuss/post your favorite acoustic guitar players and acoustic guitar oriented songs. Townes Van Zandt Live at the Old Quarter is just him and an acoustic guitar and I think it is a masterpiece of an album. His time on earth was too short. Nick Drake http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9IUqN9ozmhw Both not very popular during their heyday. Two music legends.

JethroTull
Good topic!! I love acoustic guitar players and acoustic music in general. Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull is probably my fav. Check out the 2 minute acoustic ditties on the Aqualung LP. I also enjoy Dylan, Leo Kottke, Cat Stevens and Willy Porter. I still own and play a Guild D40, which I purchased in 1978. JethroTull
Cool Willy is playing a Guild. It wasn't apparent until the close-up of the sound-hole at around 4:30.
