Texas Melanie
Upscale hotels have decided to play Zeppelin and other rock bands while giving massages in their spas. It is considered a "new approach" since the preferred method is to play calm and soothing music. Listening to rock music while getting a massage? Funny since I don't consider this to be a "new" approach. I have always referred to this as "foreplay". http://www.nytimes.c...go-extreme.html
Strider
They probably play something like "Rain Song" or "That's the Way"...I could see blissing out to that. Massaging to something harder like "Wanton Song" or "Rock and Roll" might be more difficult.
redrum
I wonder if the Pink Panther has visited? :^)
ledzepfvr
I'm due for my monthly massage. Some LZ would be a nice audio sensory addition.
Strider
In my experience, a lot of the pleasure from a massage is falling asleep, and waking up feeling renewed. But I don't think I could fall asleep if they were cranking IMTOD. How 'bout ITTOD?
dazedcat
I can't see Zeppelin as massage music either. Really?

Funny since I don't consider this to be a "new" approach. I have always referred to this as "foreplay". http://www.nytimes.c...go-extreme.html Very much needed. I recently stayed at an upscale hotel called the Lodge at Turning Stone Resort. A casino in NY near Syracuse that Tiger Woods and many celebreties have stayed at and many big bands have played at. They have the full message services and one wonders what else? But they had a CD in the room to help you sleep. It was piano music and it put me in a coma. I couldnt find the energy to shut the damnn thing off and could not figure out how to do so as the wise guy I went up there with put it on and left for the casino. I sure wish I had Zeppelin then. It had more than a calming effect. It was hypnotic. Took me two days to get any energy back.
paul carruthers
Getting a massage while Custard Pie is being cranked out of the speakers. I guess that would be an experience...
