TheStairwayRemainsTheSame
Which Led Zeppelin album has the most interesting or fascinating history behind it and give your reason.
The Love That I Found
I'd probably say the fourth album due to the unique and tongue in cheek fashion in which the band "hid" their identity from the record. No band name, no (outer) song titles, no nothing. Just the music. However, In Through The Out Door is most fun and fascinating to me in terms of the album cover variations and package design. Much like Physical Graffiti.
SteveAJones
Probably the fourth album, which seemed to crystallize the essence of the band. However, I'm particularly fond of Presence, which was a powerful artistic statement in response to time, chance, the elements - everything. ledzepfilm
IV as said above many times. There is no explanation of that album- its just the STH lyrics, the track listings, the Hermit, the cover, and the four symbols.
PlanetPage
For Me, it is Presence - First Year High School; One has to be present to witness history (to talk about is for knowledge)... During this period the emotional stress is visible on Jimmy's face in his photo collection/Official Autobio..and that is how I remember Led Zeppelin's existence to be...as I witnessed Jimmy in Press/Media he was the most Visible, "Skilled", perfectionist, Aristocrat Musician (Leader/in Control)...and So beautiful and charismatic,...you had to be there.. ...and not just history of Zeppelin, your own enviornment/cultural surroundings also become part of Great Album...
