It's the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (or shame if you wish). The selection committee most of the time gets it right on inductees, but other times? For example, just this year, Madonna? Yea, a real rocker there. Also, in the past, Blondie. How about the Sex Pistols? One album, alot of noise, and the jerks don't even show up. Some of the one hit wonders from the Fifties, too. Now to some that, imo, deserve induction. In no particular order. Deep Purple: One of the forerunners of metal. The Guess Who: Great songs in the late 60's, early 70's Iggy and the Stooges: How these guys aren't there and the Sex Pistols are. Alice Cooper: Jesus H Christ, this guy really deserves to be there. Gene Simmons attitude may be keeping them out. He has come out and said he could care less what KISS' musical legacy is or anything to do with the artistic side. All he cares about is making money.
