  1. Robert Plant can be disappointing, but you just have to accept that he is that way at times. Letting go of Robert Plant is necessary at times so that you can continue on with your own life. So the world can have him. Sometimes you just have to move on. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness beckon. And unless he benefits your career or your love life, all that you can expect is a song. And that song changes with the years.
  2. You have my sympathy. That happened to me once and I had to go to the doctor. He put me on painkillers, the opiate kind. It was that bad. Fortunately, I used only half of the prescription of 12. But even 6 Tylenol 3s (2 a day for 3 days) was enough to leave me craving more once I stopped. Very addictive...but a diet of bananas helped to balance everything and boost my energy. Ever since then I am very careful not to get the ear infected by keeping it clean, dry and not scratching if it itches. Sometimes the cologne sprays that have vitamins and a low alchohol content are a helpful topical relief because they stop the itching. And if you scratch the ear too much it aggravates the swelling and then it can become too painful to get any sleep, to the point where the ear throbs all night so you're in constant pain. Plus the ear gets huge to the point where you look like Mickey Mouse and then the doctor has to lance it. I hate ear infections. I listened to harp music and Tea for One during this episode.
  3. Jimmy Pages is smiling in this one. Robert Plant must be saying something humorous here.
  4. Sweltering Mostly sunny during the day Amazingly hot at night 93 degrees F. I think I'll turn on the air conditioner again.

  6. Love Song I heard a nice Bonham-esque drum solo live tonight. Not bad for a Friday.
  7. I figured that he would get there sooner or later.
  8. That one came out very well.
  9. Yeah, it just makes you wish that you could give her daddy back to her somehow.
  10. I woke up from a very nice dream where I was alone in a room with Mick Jagger.
  11. My mother would tell me when I was very young not to talk to strangers, and if I needed to talk to someone to look for someone responsible, like a police officer or a teacher or another one of the parents. When I travel to new places, I usually feel safer around people who are on family outings. They are usually less dangerous than some of the characters who you might encounter. You must be careful because you can't take it for granted that the stranger next to you is safe for you to be around. Often times they are, but sometimes they are not.
  12. That's not so bad. As long as he left you alone is the main thing.
  13. I did something like that once. I had to try extra hard to give that guy the slip, but I managed. He didn't want to let me go, so as soon as I got away, I hid where he did not find me. In that part of the city, you must get away, or the addicts will kidnap you and whore you out to get the money for their next fix. They are not known for civilized behaviour when they are in an extreme state of heroin addiction, and they will do just about anything to get their next fix. So you must walk away as unscathed as possible.
  14. Jennifer Lopez is a better dancer. And she has a pretty face, too.
  15. It's a great way to stay cool on a hot afternoon. I think it was worth seeing it on the big screen first, partly because of the cinematography in Arizona and Florida.
  16. Just saw Away We Go. This movie had some impressive bonding scenes between the two main characters as they travelled across North America. It's a film about best friends and true love with comedic and adventurous moments, as well as some on location scenery.
  17. valinskyphotoimages.com/gallery2 (some new photos that I have never seen before) It's kind of funny though, the way Robert Plant has been misnamed as Glenn Frey and Greg Lake of Emerson, Lake and Palmer on this website.
  18. That is the question the topic asks, big things or small things.
