Actually, plenty of discussion on the issue of internet safety and censorship has taken place.

It should not, but it can happen. History has shown that censorship appears when people are trying to protect the public.

It's happened before in history; you start off trying to protect the public, and the next thing that comes is censorship.

It's a challenge trying to take a vacation during a national economic recession.
