I blame it on corruption in government and industry and a real lack of ethics. Companies who hand out bonuses to their employees using taxpayers bailout money are a perfect example of what is wrong. They run their companies to swindle people. It's a sham the way some businesses are run. Lack of good faith is a major problem in business and government.

I once dreamed about a huge tidal wave coming toward me. Terrified, I tried very hard to get into my car and drive toward higher ground, but traffic was snarled and very slow. I awoke before the wave hit land. My happiest dreams are those where I am surrounded by people who bring love into my life almost to a saturation point.

It's interesting what people take for granted. I do not know if people realize it, but the system did collapse.

That is not the reason why any war would be necessary. For a war to be "necessary" it must be in self-defense or reasonable defense of others. Any other reason makes anyone perpetrating such a war a common murderer. As for Afghanistan, it was once a very lovely part of the world, much like California. But unnecessary aggression has compromised it.
