  1. My brother knows someone in the chorus of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, last night he invited me along to see Verdi: Requiem. Pretty awesome. The female solo singers were amazing, they got a 5 minute standing O. I was proud of myself for actually recognizing one of the sections.
  2. Check this one out man, just came across it on Youtube recently. KILLER performance. Published on Jan 13, 2015Tool Live 1996 The Glass House. Remastered. Full Concert. Pomona, CA October 16th, 1996. One of the most legendary Tool concerts ever. Video and the new audio source are polished and more or less improved, nothing special really. But the result is pretty damn good. Several Ænima songs had their premiere during this concert. A must see epic historic performance in great quality. 3. I haven't been there in like a month now, I couldn't handle all the Beatles fanboys, and I love the Beatles lol.
  4. Was it here where we had the conversation about why that one gangster on the right's nipples are showing? One of retro gaming's great mysteries...
  5. I remember you mentioning those Light Gun games a while ago, made me go out and grab a copy of this: I still need to try Wild Gunman!
  6. I'm gonna be using that one a lot, lol. I just beat Super C on the Wii Virtual Console last weekend, had to have more Contra! Looks kinda like Tetris? I remember Dr. Mario on NES was a big hit in our house back in the day. I don't know what it is, but I've been super nostalgic for old games the past few years!
  7. Looks cool P, will we be seeing some samples on your Youtube page? Been rebuilding my old school video game collection, just ordered a 'must-have'.
  8. Huh, so those dates do exist. Geez, could you have picked more obscure shows?
  9. I'm glad to hear it gf! What are some of your favorites?
  10. lol Yea, I've always felt like Phil kind of invited himself to the Zep reunion thing.
  11. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phil_Collins#Criticism_and_praise Interesting quotes about the Live Aid thing in there. Guitarist Jimmy Page, whose band Led Zeppelin gave a poorly-received reunion set with Collins at Live Aid that the group later disowned,[164] alleged that Collins "hadn't learned" his drum part. Page said: "You can get away with that in a pop band but not with Led Zeppelin".[165] Collins responded by saying that the band "weren't very good" and that he "was made to feel a little uncomfortable by the dribbling Jimmy Page." To avoid negative attention, he persisted with the set rather than leave the stage.[166]
