  1. I just heard about this....oh my! So sad to hear. RIP Glenn Frey One of my favorite musicians ever. Saw him a number of times solo and with the Eagles. My opinion of him changed as he and I became older, but still he was such an influence and had some epic highs - both musically and otherwise. What a start to 2016..... ??????
  2. My listing said Scarlet McCaw had made the last post here - what happened? I agree, Strider, anyone associated with the band is official news for the official website of Led Zeppelin. RIP Giorgio. Spot on, as usual, Patrycja!
  3. Here is a great, insightful article about Scott and his musical journey through high school, the LA music scene, and beyond as told by his good friend Corey Hickok. This was posted at Alternative Nation.net: http://www.alternativenation.net/scott-weiland-high-school-to-core-retrospective/
  4. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000624682/article/bengals-players-react-to-steelers-being-eliminated Cincinnati keeping it classy, as usual....
  5. ^ Reverse psychology, eh?
  6. Bought 2 tickets to the St Augustine show. We'll make it work. Game starts at 2, concert says it starts at 7 - it takes almost 2 hours to get there. Should be a fun adventure.
  7. WLL from Berlin is one of my favorite versions ever! I listened to that show for the first time last summer and loved it from the first time.
  8. Well that outcome was fairly predictable. Ben has surprising arm strength, to me. Mrs Walter always says Ben doesn't have much going on upstairs, so injuries are not much of an issue for him, performance wise. He still didn't have much to rely on as far as weapons. A lot of heart shown though and Pittsburgh will be a Super Bowl favorite coming out of the AFC next season. So, next week: New England/Denver is the EARLY game. Arizona/Carolina will be the late. Strider, you are correct about the NFL purposely giving to Seahawks to 10 am start two weeks in a row. Last week for sure. Anyway.... I'm really pulling for the Cards. I hope they got their "bad game" out of the way last night. They can pass against Carolina, but can they pass protect and will David Johnson snap back into form?
  9. They should challenge this, I think he was short
  10. If they don't stop them here it's over
  11. The Giants came back from 35-7 to tie it up against Carolina a month ago.
  12. Walter Jr is at his grandparents right now, but I think I can hear him over here, a few miles away.... Seahawks getting it going, a little.
  13. Panthers draw first blood - Jonathan Stewart sighting... 7-0
  14. Guess I got home at the right time! What a CRAZY game! Never seen a series of events like that!
  15. Just got home to see the score and pick. The Cards better get one hand off their throat so they can make a play! Brown just did!
  16. Apparently he wanted to make one more album and had 5 tracks finished. Doesn't sound like a man ready to commit suicide. As we all know, cancer is unpredictable. He wasn't doing well at an awards ceremony a month before his passing, according to reports. So sad, but it's been great reliving moments all week long and remembering all he did.
  17. Pencil them into the Super Bowl. However, I believe Seattle, Arizona or Carolina will beat them. But then again, you never know when it comes to football.
  18. Me, I've been "adopting" Arizona as my team to pull for once the Thanksgiving Day massacre happened. Im fine with Denver making it from the AFC, since DWare hasn't ever been to a SB.
  19. Nope - Santos time... 7-3. Good start for KC though.
  20. Nice job, Alex Smith! We've got a ballgame!
