Bruins handled the LA Kings last night with a 4 /2 win. Marchand looks pretty good so far and Pastrnak has 5 goals already.

Bruins took it to the Sharks last night 3 to 1. 12th straight win against them for the Bs. Not sure if I appreciate Marchand as the Captain yet, I am not completely sold. If I were Cam Neely (my all time hockey hero) it would have been McAvoy and to me he's still a bit young for it. I think Colorado is going to be very tough this year again.

I actually love Halloween. I used to have so much fun dressing up with my kid and decorating my front hall with spider webs and fog. I would also play some of Jimmy's Noise solo and bow solo from 6/23. My son would dress as Spiderman and I would wear a skull face with a big black hat and my long black coat, my big work boots and work gloves. I was an opposing figure, the kids were always afraid of me. I loved it!

Just listening to Roger waters new version of The Dark Side Of The Moon and I'm having a hard time getting through it. First impression is bad. If I had to use an analogy to describe it, it would be this. New Dark Side = The Walking Dead The music is dark and slow almost lumbering under the weight of Rogers spoken word. He sounds like he's eulogizing a person he didn't even like. To me, The Dark Side Of The Moon was life affirming even as the words can be construed as depressing the music makes you feel alive. It Breathes (no pun intended). It evokes emotions across the scale and then levels out so that you don't feel like killing yourself after listening. Tracks like Us and Them or The Great Gig In The Sky may bring you to tears if you let them but at the same time they make you appreciate life despite how emotionally heavy they are. With all this shit happening in Israel and Ukraine the Original Dark Side rings even more true now than it did 50 years ago. Why are humans so fucking stupid!????

As you know, Patrice Bergeron (One Of My Hockey heroes) will not be playing Hockey this year and I already miss his presence on the ice. He was THE Best Two Way Center in Hockey period! He is a 6 time winner of the Selke Award for his defensive skillz!! He was also nominated a record 12 times for the award and I think they should rename it after him. Bergeron You will be missed.

typical leftie Watching these hearing is about to make my head explode!!!! I have to say the dems are so in the tank that even when faced with real evidence and real witnesses they sit in their chairs and calmly exclaim that there is no evidence. I can remember 2 impeachments that had absolutely no material evidence and no material witnesses except col vindman who supposed that there was a quid pro quo HE SUPPOSSED IT! and yet they sit there today calling a real investigation into the corruption of the biden family and call it a waste of time while trying to make it about trump.
