  1. It was different in some respects but the format itself remains absurd -- cram as many hits as possible into less than 15 minutes. He's not the GOAT. In my book he'd have to win five more Super Bowls for that to even be up for discussion. I will say this, that holding call with less than two minutes remaining was absolute horseshit.
  2. August 10, 1967 Magistrates Court in Wednesbury, England Robert Plant and friends advocate legalization of marijuana outside before his court appearance for careless driving…the charge was dropped on account of insufficient evidence.
  3. No, Brady is not known for his personality and that's going to be a problem for Fox. Fox & Brady...it's a coin flip as to which side will tire of the other first.
  4. So there I am, in Santa Monica, at about 3 o'clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&Ms to fill a brandy glass, or Burt Bacharach wouldn't go on stage that night. So, Telly Savalas pops his head 'round the door, and mentions there's a little sweets shop on the edge of town. So - we go. And - it's closed. So there's me, and Demond Wilson, and Leif Garrett, breaking into that little sweets shop, eh. Well, instead of a guard dog, they've got this bloody great big Bengal tiger. I managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the shopowner and his son... that's a different story altogether. I had to beat them to death with their own shoes. Nasty business, really. But, sure enough, I got the M&Ms, and Burt went on stage and did a great show.
  5. Well, to be fair the analyst didn't say Ohtani is the GOAT in all of MLB history, which is absurd, he said he is the GOAT of all the players he has seen. Mahomes is an icon for woketards desperate to do two things, anoint a non-white player as the GOAT and to diminish the stature of Tom Brady. I don't mind Mahomes, he seems like someone in the asset column for America, but even with a second Super Bowl ring this weekend he's got a long ways to go to equal a number of great QBs, let alone Brady. In any sport championships are a significant factor in determining who the GOAT is, but they aren't the only factor. Bill Russell does have 11, and a number of other players have more than Jordan, but let's face it a big reason why Jordan is considered the GOAT is because of cable television and the daily nationwide exposure that platform provided him.
  6. I'm no fan of MTG and I'm record as such. It's CLAIMED it happened three times on Trump's watch. There's not a shred of evidence he knew. We do know turncoats like CJCS Milley were colluding with the Chinese on national security matters. Back to incident at hand, it could have been shot down before it crossed the territorial border of the US, but we all know this is an open border administration. You're right though, every square inch of Montana is homes and schools. (eye roll) File-Gate? When they RAIDED HIS HOME the narrative was democracy itself was at risk. However, when it is revealed this corrupt son of a bitch has nearly 20 YEARS of classified material squirrelled away at multiple locations DOJ let's his own lawyers handle it. Wake up and smell the coffee.

  8. The best article on the Grammy's you'll ever read: Nolte: Fat Satan Grammys Deliver Ratings Catastrophe of Just 12.4M Viewers (breitbart.com)
  9. There it is, the Whataboutism. I agree Trump would not have known about it, because if he had he would have responded. Have you figured out yet the only reason they raided Mar-a-largo looking for classified documents is because they KNEW Biden had piles of classified shit squirreled away at multiple locations. The thinking was if we play the Orange Man Bad card concerning classified material, when the public finds out about Biden's egregious transgressions it won't seem so bad. For the record, it should have been shot down BEFORE it ever entered US airspace. Now we learn they knew well enough in advance to do so yet did nothing.
  10. It's remarkable that you recognized Terry after all those years. It seems any documentation that would confirm when it was built is lost to the ages. When he owned the property, even Jimmy only had copies of deeds going back to about the 1930s. Beyond that, it's really just an educated guess or considered opinion based upon the known history of Clewer Village.
  11. That's precisely what it was: a Communist Chinese psychological operation. In a bizaare plot twist, a portion of the balloon recovered today has a Houston Astros logo on it.
  12. David, I'm very pleased to hear you met Jimmy in Los Angeles during his book tour in 2014. That project offered him a unique opportunity to connect with the public, and quite a few who did meet him became overwhelmed with emotion.
  13. David, very long time no see. When Jimmy owned the property, he only held copies of deeds going back about 60 years (to the 1930s). With regard to the year it was built, I have always presumed it was built during the reign of Queen Anne (1702-1714). I do know the parish register in the oldest church in Clewer Village dates back to 1650. Quite a bit of discussion on Old Mill House can be found here:
  14. All I see is a $1.9M missile being used to pop a balloon which has already served it's intended purpose.
  15. All of this shit so played out and overdone. We've seen this particular formula driven plot a thousand times before.
  16. I just like to come up with funny jokes to tell.
  17. If you can, please check to see if that Jimmy Page 1st Solo Tour Interview is the one he did with KNAC 105.5 FM Los Angeles on October 6, 1988.
  18. I'm not sure I understand this. Iommi was born in Birmingham and grew up in the Midlands. Clapton, Beck and Page all hail from what they called The Surrey Delta.
  19. I imagine the nation will spend the next six months discussing nothing but the incident in Memphis. For one thing, there's enough video for everyone to form their own opinion. The politicians will use it as yet another opportunity to "reimagine law enforcement". Yep, we'll do everything except uphold the law with the most qualified candidates. By the way, how's that diversity and inclusion in policing working out for you, America? I see London has begun recruiting their functional illiterates to because constables. What could possibly go wrong?
  20. What's worse for a woman than blowing 89-year-old Willie Nelson in the back of a tour bus? Being informed, "Honey, that ain't Willie Nelson".
