Nope. Good old fashioned vacation Lots of good food and great wine. It was marvelous. Although really, even if you're there for work, it's a great place. Hope she got out to experience the city while she was there!

It was 80 when we got off the plane here - which was much nicer than the 60's and windy that is was in San Fran all last week. At least it didn't rain!

Back home after a lovely week in San Francisco!! Both parts of that are good things...

Finally meeting someone I'd only talked to online for the past three years. It was a lovely afternoon and he and his family are wonderful!!!

Thanks! One of mine too We're going with my sister and a friend, neither of whom have been before so I'm looking forward to showing them around. And meeting someone who I've only spoken to on another message board I'm on. I have to say I've met the most wonderful people on my computer and it's such fun to meet them in "real life."

My friend from Tucson came into town today and we went out to dinner. Had a fabulous time. I'm so happy she'll be here for a week!!
