  1. Thank you both very much. You're right redrumrunner. I saw a WWII vet today. I talked to him for a bit. 96 year old man. He was fantastic Great guy.
  2. Geekfreak, the chase, ZepHead, craigled, and Jonesy: Thank you.
  3. Rest In Peace... my Dad. Nov 193x-April 2017 Korean War Vet. Work in Fort Meade from 1970-1980. Worked for D.O.D. at the Pentagon from 1980 to 2002. Ran an office there. Briefed generals on surveillance. Survived 9/11. Requested by the Pentagon to come back and work as a private contractor 2003-2007. Loved the Rolling Stones. Couldn't get enough Robert Plant/ Alison Krauss Raising Sand. Favorite Zeppelin song - The Song Remains The Same I'm going to miss his laugh most of all. RIP. ROCK ON FOREVER! Loved Plant, but thought Jimmy Page was incredible!
  4. I don't wish for anyone to be banned. Although he hated me, I am saddened to see a loss for someone that has been here so long. May he forever be melted upon the bonfire of melted snowflakes. For logic to be initiated by those without answers, I wish for them, that their questions be answered and the truth revealed. I feel your pain.
  5. Beautiful children with a loving father. This is a wonderful picture. You should be very proud, as I am sure you are.
  6. What is normal, and who defines it? Is it up to the majority, or minority? How much of a gap is there delving amidst the in-between the midst of both? Glad to have you back. geekfreak. Rock On!
  7. I don't see how you made the situation worse. Why were they shouting at you?
  8. That is so sad. ISIS, and that ideology. I wish comfort for those left behind without their loved ones this 2017.
  9. I hope you stay warm, and may you have a very merry Orthodox Christmas, Freeyyaa! Keep your pets warm! Have a wonderful day.
  10. Give Chollie a one way ticket to Palookaville.
  11. Ahh.... ok will edit for the better. Sorry Jules. It sounds like a deal for a no mention when "Chuck" croaks. I don't see a "Rot In Hell" thread, anyway.
  12. Beautiful, Akita! Very hard to train. Very loyal. I'll bet bet Nippon wasn't ready for that. So much for respecting Sam's rules!
  13. OMG I've never seen anything like that! Happy New Year, Jonesy. I needed that. And that Silent night music.
  14. You know me too well. This appeals to my Gothic nature. If there was ever a dead Santa that I wished to sit on their lap and tell them what I want for Christmas...
  15. Peace means peace. I agree. Happy New Year Jules! Who can argue with wisdom? Well said, Reggie. The way in which we live, in most accounts, is in the same fashion as our "Hasta la vista." No preference to get in the middle of this. IpMan, why not try allegations in the "Conspiracy Theory" thread. Allegations = hypotheses = theories. Scientific analysis. So long as it's neither a fight, nor personal attack... So much that could be discussed. For this thread, let those that pass in 2017, truly rest in peace. It is the "great equalizer" that binds us all. One rough year of my life to come in 2017. Best to U both.
  16. 13/20?! That's too many people! Trust me, I didn't like something called Bone Broth, but my acupuncturist is also an herbalist. It did work. I'm not sure if it would help with your dad. But it could. Yeah, it's a nasty persistent one this year Kiwi. Hugs, Kiwi! I hope you and yours get to feeling better soon. I wish you, your family and friends peace, joy and most of all better health. Merry Christmas. Please get better and stay healthy! Hugs.
  17. Oh no! What happened, Kiwi? I know you hold your family near and dear to your heart. I'm saddened that they have fallen ill, regardless of the season. I see an acupuncturist for therapy. I was sick a few weeks back. She recommended Chicken Bone Broth with ginger and spring onions cut and thrown in. I'm not sure what "falling ill" means, but I followed instructions, and it sure did help me a few weeks back. My goodness! I hope they get better soon, Kiwi. Bless your heart.
  18. Sadly, you don't recognize an Independent when you see one. Well that's diff than what MSM would tell us. Good clip/find, Jonesy. Justice Dept under the ??? administration would have you believe it's just the result of a mass suicide? : 2:35 mark Some don't see how the country has changed in the past 20 years. Some have forgotten or refuse to see 9/11 or the Orlando killings, etc. That's on them. Some believe spoon-fed media 20 years later, we have something called the internet. Sadly, some think we still live 20 years in the past. Interesting clip. Some learn. Some never will... Goodbye Reno.
  19. Hash cookies? Interesting. I'll need to get in touch for a recipe. I'm talking about someone frail that already has a compromised immune system. I'm wondering if adding more sugar to the recipe could offset the "whities". Thank you very much, CP.
  20. Thank you, Jules. I know he couldn't smoke it, with his condition. But maybe mixing it with food? I don't know if that would still have the same effect. I guess it would. I think anxiety reduction is a benefit. I wish it was at the least legally everywhere for medicinal purposes. I wish you well with your back pain. I'm going to see a chiropractor tomorrow for help with vertigo. Have you tried a chiropractor to help alleviate some of your back pain?
  21. Thank you. Thank you so much. In the moment it's tolerable, yet heart breaking. In our lives, time flies. But who's the pilot? I have a hard time adjusting , just to today; let alone compounding it all by one future plan expedited into one conclusion. I'm doing a lot of blocking. I don't know if that's good or bad (long term) I'm not sure I really care. Everyone should be able to go at their own pace, but then "Life happens". You don't truly have success, if you don't have time to do what matters most. Your post is of great comfort. I'm short of words, except to say "Thank you"
