TheStairwayRemainsTheSame
^^^^^^^^^Love it! Dueling Jimmys which brings out the full richness of the song. BTW, who is the "1975 Jimmy"? A guitarist called Jimmy Sakurai who plays for a Japanese Led Zep tribute "Mr.Jimmy" Sorry for the off-topic
SuperDave
You should probably put something like this next time in the "Master Forum" in the "YouTube Led Zeppelin and Related". Seen this one before and the guitarist is quite good. Thanks. Just wish the video and audio quality were a bit better.

I think TSRTS was just elaborating on who the other Mr. Jimmy was who played in the earlier video clip with Led Zepagain for Miss Melanie. Not to far off topic IMO. There have been worse in other posts in this thread.

ledzepfilm
Well, we were supposed to, but we all know what happened with Zepfest... Hope to make it out there sometime. Insanemfer, did you make it to the Bourbon St show? We had a great time, really enthusiastic crowd! Ah, I was to probably buy tickets to that, but I'm sorry to hear about the money issues. But that's life!
ledzepfvr
Looks like the fans in San Jose enjoyed the show, especially the one head banger in this clip at about 6 min.

ledzepfvr
They've decided to make both shows for their Grand Opening Weekend FREE Admission! Hope you can make it on Fri! And anyone else, too... Thanks for the heads up on the free admission. It's looking good. I pitched the free admission to the hubby and he seemed favorable to going. I thought that the venue was suppose to open last weekend with Bonfire. Not sure what happened there, but it's pretty cool that Led Zepagain is the main attraction at their grand opening. ledzepfvr
So I'm home tonight after seeing Led Zepagain, again, for the second time in 2 weeks. My feet are sore from standing most of the show. That will teach me to arrive later, as no seats were left and it was standing room only in the new venue of Marquee 15. It is only a 15 minute drive from my house. I will probably have tinnitus for a couple of days as some of the sound levels didn't seem quite right to me. They admittly have a few things to work out being it was their first night in business. But I had an a great time seeing the band. You guys ROCK! Even my hubby enjoyed the show and paid you all compliments, and he is sometimes hard to please musically. You all seem to have such a good time bring the timeless music of Led Zeppelin to your audiences. Keep up the good work.

ledzepfvr
I was online searching to see if anyone posted any recent shows and came across this. I wasn't going to post it, but in watching it I was observing the audience. It wasn't a great angle to see the band , especially you Steve, behind the speakers working that theremin. I was thinking about how people just have to move their bodies to the vibrations of music, well, especially LZ music. It's just hard to keep still and most are rocking to the music ,even if it's a suttle toe tap. But almost 4 minutes into the video an older woman and then her man come bopping into the scene and it is just so amusing to watch. I hope I can still rock out when I get a bit older. Fun stuff guys!!
ledzepfvr
Excellent!! I love this version of Kashmir. The string section adds another layer of sound that makes this already great song even better. BTW.....Steve, where did you guys do this gig? The string section adds another layer of sound that makes this already great song even better. BTW.....Steve, where did you guys do this gig? Thanks! That was from a show we've done a few times called Symphony To Heaven. All acoustic with the string quartet. That particlar show was in Thousand Oaks, CA at the Scherr Forum Theater. Not sure when we might do another one, but I hope we can sometime. This week, catch us in Tucson AZ Sep 29, Peoria AZ Sep 30 and Vegas Oct 1!
