From Little League to the Pros, you hear about the arrests, the tantrums and out-of-control coaches, players, and parents. Then, like a bolt from heaven, every once in a while something happens to remind everyone what is really important in competition and provide an example to the rest of the world of true leadership and how to mentor kids. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Rhode Island Little League Coach Dave Belisle. His team had just lost their Little League World Series game to Illinois 8-7 and were in tears. Watch Dave as he gathers his team and gives them (and us) a talk that will melt your heart.
