Yep. I really don't know much/care about U2, but The Edge seems to know what he's doing. And Jack White, he doesn't get the attention he deserves I don't think. He knows how to play guitar and I think people forget about that. And Jimmy Page, everybody want's to know his tricks! Yes my favorite part of the movie is when he plays "Whole Lotta Love"! Also when he introduces us to some Link Wray (Rumble). He's so funny when he's playing his "air" guitar!

Well I just happen to have tickets to see Mr. Eric Clapton. Floor tickets to be exact! Him and Roger Daltrey are going to be doing a show for us Okies lol! Well about half of the tour. I would kill if it were Jeff Beck (b/c I love him) but the main reason I am going is to see Eric. Don't get me wrong, I like The Who as well.

Well I know for sure Ann Wilson (HEART) is def inspired by Led Zep. As well as Stevie Nicks. Ann has sung a lot of Zep songs over the years. And Stevie as well.

I heard that they may tour in 2010. That is when everybody gets their solo projects wrapped up. I don't want to get mine or your hopes up, but I am definitely crossing my fingers. Led Zep World Tour anybody???

All I have right now is my "Mothership" cd and my "United States of America 1977" shirt. But I want to collect more. Everybody has such a great collection.

Now that I found this thread, I will more than likely be doing something for his birthday. It's such a special time for a Jimmy Page fan like myself.

Yes I agree with you. His voice has changed. It got deeper. He def can't hit the high notes anymore. But I am thankful he is still here with us.

IMO: I truly think Led Zeppelin is the band of all bands. I know a lot of people (including myself) like other bands, but you just can't top Led Zep. If I ever have any kids, I sure do hope they listen to Led Zeppelin. If not then I will just have to tell them about Led Zeppelin.

This is a topic that keeps moving forward. We were discussing this @ Yahoo! Answers and a lot of people think that they shouldn't do it. They don't want to see them "sell out". Of course I understand their point, but if they do decide to agree to do a game of any type, then we have to respect their decision. Which means, buy the game. I would have to get me a "real" guitar and not a flimsy plastic one if I bought the game.....eh?
