Siem Reap, Cambodia, food market, March 2006 Pay attention to the women sleeping among the meat pieces..... it was 2 pm, it was very, very hot (almost 100 F), the meat was there, in the open, with no coolonig, no fridge.... I was as I took the pic. And I feel the same whenever I see the pic.
