  1. The sensational moon landing I watched on an old Zenith at the age of 12, and its all downhill since. Except for the various space rovers such as the Mars Rover and the Jupiter orbiter and such. These non man carrying robotic instruments have been tremendous. I am only saying that the disasters of Challenger and Columbia are so tragic. My eye Doctor, Chawla, his niece was on the Columbia. Her photo is in the middle of the crew. It sits on his desk. So sad like Christie McCauliffe. But NASA has been jump started. The HUbble has been a success. We have learned very much and will learn far more soon
  2. I was 6 on that fateful day, sent home from my Catholic school due to the assassination of the only Catholic president in our history. Why don't you watch "The Smoking Gun" (2013), Colin McClarin a respected Australian retired investigator armed with the ballistics evidence of an expert named Howard Donahue. Watch it. What do you have to lose? Its on You Tube. I have studied the theories countless times. This one makes all the sense in the world. They have not only covered the ballistics, the Zapruder film, the timing, the shots, eye witness's, and the CIA and their totally negligent actions after the arrival at Parkland hospital. I tell you that George Hickey fired the fatal shot. I have no doubt. It is proven. And Donahue himself re created the shots using Oswalds rifle from the exact distance, and the moving target at 11 MPH, and on only his 3rd attempt could a sharp shooter get 3 shots to hit the target in 5.6 seconds. Oswald had no practice rounds. He had to be scarred and nervous. And the bullet that went through JFK and then Connelly, the magic bullet if you will, they proved was accurate by the Warren commission. That is about all they got right. Watch this entire film and then and only then come back here and spew your nonsense to me.
  3. Well at least we are in agreement that Oswald did not fire the fatal shot. Not sure you have a theory? But McLaren makes perfect sense with the late Howard Donahue's ballistic evidence. Its tough to ignore. Watch it.
  4. Howard Donahue was the ballistics expert that passed away in 99. Colin McClaren reopened the case, the Aussie criminal expert. They make a compelling argument in "The Smoking Gun" (2013) that George Hickey was the one that accidentally fired the fatal head wound. I BELIEVE IT. It makes perfect sense. Watch it and then get back to me. The two rounds that Oswald fired they refer to as Full Metal Jacket rounds. The 223 is the bullet used in many prisons by guards. Hickey would not speak publicly ever about the assassination, and he died in 2005 refusing to answer letters written to him and the proof was there that he received them. They do not believe any shots came from the grassy knoll Do you at least concede that Oswald did not fire the fatal head shot?
  5. Colin McClaren, and the late Mr Donahue, ballistics expert, have convinced me that George Hickey, the CIA agent in the car behind JFK, accidentally fired the fatal 223 bullet that killed JFK. A terrible tragedy covered up by the CIA. The show is Smoking Gun and the book is Mortal Error. The evidence is beyond compelling
  6. City on a Hill (part 6 of 10 is on this week part 7 I can stream in the morning). Kevin Bacon
  7. I found out on You Tube. The very good site, Dead People Server, a site dedicated to letting you know if famous people are alive or dead has not yet posted his death and they are usually right on time
  8. Means goes tonight so the Orioles have a chance. Won last night. Showing some signs of life.
  9. Just staggering the numbers of people that watched. I heard the number last night. On the rabbit ears Zenith TVs many of us. Walter Cronkite. I remember is well. I was 12, almost 13. 8 years later I got to see Led Zeppelin and you would not believe how many around here envy me for that. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldren were the new Columbus. They have this crazy You Tube show that says some believe a metal shell surrounds the Moon, and under is are alien instruments that monitor various activity. I find it far fetched. They say that when the Lunar Module landed it created a sound proving the Mono is hollow? Just wierd
  10. Been watching City on A Hill. A 10 part series with Kevin Bacon about the early 90s armored truck robberies in Boston. The other guy from Mystic River is in it. At least in the first 5. On Showtime.
  11. Wow its been a long time this thread was dormant? Freaking BABS is up a few posts. The old boy disappeared from the face of the Earth. Hope he is OK? I know he is not old
  12. I was 12 and like most, glued to my TV to watch the moon landing.
  13. I see there are some international games this week. Tottenham vs Juventus. Arsenal vs a German team I believe. i always wonder if they put their top units out for these match's though?
  14. Only a game? Since when? Not in England it is not just a game. Its a way of life. Go Leicester City and Go MC
  15. Well at least the Orioles have a few titles under their belts. Memories of McNally, Brooks and Palmer is what we have. Speaking of international, the Marlins have Yammamoto, commander of the aircraft carrier Akagi pitching today. lOL. I wonder if he is a descendent of the WWII Commander? In Midway. 3-0 he is. And can you believe the Orioles traded Cashner to the hated rival Red Sox!!!! WTF. I had to check the player stats to see why he was listed in a Boston uni? This sport has gone to hell. But Go Dodgers anyway. My 2nd fav in most sports win
  16. Strange show on You Tube about the moon being hollow with possible alien censors inside? I doubt it. The probes sent out in the 70s they said would not reach the first solar system outside of ours for 80,000 years!!!!!!? Unreal. To put it into perspective, that is 40 times as long as when Jesus last walked the Earth. I wonder if our planet will still exist then. Look at what has changed in 100 years. From horses and no phones to driving around with cell phones with computers attached. Many many probes have been sent out. Some now far superior to the ones I previously mentioned. The Mars rover a huge success. The Jupiter orbiter is too. And many more on their way to distant worlds. Speed is the question I guess and potential collision with asteroids
  17. Would I be wrong in saying that Means is our one real bright spot this year? This guy is good. We have a few good players but I wonder if that guy was right about us tanking? At least some of them? Its pretty sad to see your team blown up like ours was. Can you believe Machado sucked in all that money and then did not even make the all star ballot? Unreal Oh, I wanted to ask you Esther, were you there when Machado returned? Do you know how he was received? I still cannot believe Britton is a Yankee. There is no loyalty in this sport any more. Its not what it was. Go Dodgers
  18. Man City I see are the solid favorites to win the league again and Liverpool the 2nd choice. I am guessing you hate Man City something like I hate Miami and New England in the National Football League here in the USA? American football.
  19. They wont beat the Dodgers or even Houston
  20. Thanks for the info. So you believe Man United will have a better year? But do you still think Man City is the best team? Or Liverpool? Are MacGuire and Vardy still with Leicester City?
  21. Tanaka is the weak link on that staff
  22. I cant read every bloody thread here
