Florida Bay (south of the Everglades) is where the last track I've seen. But it's been shifty to say the least. Hope your family is safe and sound. South Florida is the last place I'd want to be. Many have come up to Orlando, but we're gonna get hit a bit too. Thank you Kiwi! I've been thinking about Paul too. Jacksonville is a little off the east side of the last cone, but it has been moving a lot and east side is the worst. Anyone on the coast should move inland by at least 30 miles. We're gonna be safe, my man. The levels this house has been held to have been impressive and now (hopefully) we'll see how it holds up to the winds. We have a good little community already in this new neighborhood. We're meeting for pre-hurricane drinks and planning tomorrow early evening. A good mix of professionals and parents, so we've been helping each other prepare. They eye is supposed to come near here as opposed to the coast and the Everglades aren't going to slow it as much as we would hope. We're ready. Agin thank you for all the PM's and responses. I'll give updates. It's all good! ✌🏻

Obviously, but that's how it goes with some thirsty folks. ✌🏻 Actually one of the last preparation trips was for something like that. Ready for many days of loss of power, etc. You're the best! Thank you. Everyone has had fair notice and the governor, whom I have no love loss for, has done a great job with communicating information and acting in the best interest of the citizens. Kudos to him. South Florida is really gonna get smacked. Thank you on behalf of the many Floridian members of the forum. The highways heading north have been jam packed since Tuesday here. Good for them in south Florida and the keys. The governor suspended tolls on all roads since Tuesday and they've been getting all cars abandoned on the highway towed away to prevent slow downs. Great job by DOT and Gov Scott!

Strongest sustained hurricane in Atlantic Ocean history. 180 mph sustained heading towards the Florida Straits. Hoping it would clip Cuba to calm her down a little. Rick Scott just closed all public schools in the entire state. We're as ready as we think we need to be. Food, water, candles, gas and liquor. New house built to withstand high winds. Just hope they pick up all the building debris and materials before Sunday!

Thanks brotha. This one definitely has my attention more than others. Who knows if it'll stay out in the Atlantic on the east coast, or come inland. We are about 70 miles from the AO and about 60 from the gulf. So I like our chances...unless it comes up the middle of the state - then the eye will come right at us. My biggest fear is all of the construction materials in our new neighborhood. We're one of the first 15 houses completed.... We shall see. Like ipman said, Miami and the keys are in deep shit. I would've gotten out of there on Tuesday for sure. Traffic is crazy heading northbound here.

Since you're reading with such detail...there is a jr next to Walter and 426. We all know you're a buffalo fan, so 5th place means much more than 6th.

Maybe Gilmour was there that night? Floyd opened their 75 tour in Vancouver on April 8th and played Seattle April 10. They may have been rehearsing in the area. Pure speculation, but interesting none the less.

Yep. Just saw it in a box when we moved. Like Neal Preston better though.

Wow! RIP Walter Becker. Another great one gone....

They don't. Only Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver do, north of the border.

Looking forward to seeing Robert coming stateside! Unlike others who want to hate on the lead singer of Led Zeppelin on the official Led Zeppelin website! what did momma say? If you can't say something nice... Don't shit where you eat!

It's referring to people who were against slavery. Just so you see where he's coming from - if you didn't already from the numerous of other posts in the same vein. It's a current rally cry from the group in the US that support that type of thought process. ✌🏻

Maybe in your small circle of the world that means something. To the rest of us it's tired, played out and pretty much a moronic, juvenile statement. But that's par for the course - for a narcissist.

What show or live song are you listening to now?

Guess you owe him a 20 spot. Stafford signed a 5-year, $135 mil contract extension.

It was entertaining. You could see about the 5th round or so that McGregor was being toyed with and had missed his chance.

Here's another one that will blow your mind. I just saw a future radar that shows the storm center going off coast and looping back towards Houston again. This is horribly epic.
