Closing arguments have ended and the jury is about to receive instructions from the judge....

Here we go everyone - closing arguments starting at the bottom of the hour. How long will the jury deliberate? Apparently "Randy California"'s sister is blaring Spirit songs off her phone in the hallway of the courthouse.... Probably the last time most people there will ever hear a Spirit song.

Going to St Louis next week to see Mrs Walter's family. Supposed to take in at least one game while we're there. I'll post pics, if anything looks good....

You enjoy the Rest In Peace thread.... If you want to start a thread about the Pulse Massacre, then go ahead. Nobody is afraid to initiate a thread - it's a thing called respect. Sam has asked for these issues to not be debated here and I respect the wishes of this site. Based on the responses already on here, for good reason. It would've gone down the same road it always has and the slime would've come out of the woodwork even more....

Great run by Perez today! 7th podium finish for him. Rosberg had everyone covered. Great course, but pretty boring race overall. I didn't get to see the Canadian Grand Prix last week. We were out of town and our station had breaking news coverage on instead. I saw that Hamilton won.

Some photos Mrs Walter took from the candlelight vigil at Lake Eola Park this evening. Just before the festivities began there was a rainbow that formed overhead, coincidentally there was a plane flying below that read "no more gun violence". Our city, our pride....
