Yep, Cookie has been doing a great job relaying information via Twitter! As far as the jury being irritated by Malofiy, Jose Baez annoyed the judge and jury throughout the Casey Anthony case, and we all know how that turned out... I know civil vs criminal cases is like apples/oranges but the jury isn't always as easily swayed as some of us who are more emotionally vested in the case than they are. I do hope they take care of business in the manner we all think they should.

Absolutely. Someone's "inner child" was hurt a while ago, so he's just trying to strike back whenever he sees an opportunity. Malofiy apparently called a Spirit "super fan" to the stand yesterday, wtf?!? He allowed a part of the deposition tape to be played that talked about drug use, which we all know was already deemed as impermissible in court. Over 50 objections were sustained yesterday by the judge. Robert is expected to take the stand today. Jimmy was seen carrying a guitar case into the courthouse this morning. I assume that once the plantiff is finished presenting their case, the common chord progression and the countless examples will be presented by the defense.

These guys have to learn, the NBA deems a handful of players as untouchables and it will hammer those who get physical with them. Always has been, always will be. LBJ is at the top of that list currently. Plus they have to do whatever they can to try to extend this lopsided series.

We're out of town right now, but I feel like we should be there to give blood, grief assistance, etc. I work about 3 miles from where it happened. Mrs Walter had her treatments a few blocks away from that club. The city has been our home for 30 years - it's horrible seeing these headlines on the news everywhere.

He is? What talent show? Talent shows are far different than musical contests, more about entertainment value rather than musical quality. Entertainment value is right up Howard's alley, musical quality not so much... -

Spent a wonderful day with friends on the Rainbow River near Ocala. Great way to officially kick summer off. Heading up to St Augustine on Sunday to enjoy the Hammock Beach resort and Atlantic Ocean for a few days. Hope the waves are up and the sharks are down!

True! After the way they've stumbled through the playoffs thus far, I though they we going to lay down the hammer in the Finals to put them up with the all-time great single seasons in history. It's not just the regular season that puts you in GOAT territory, it's how bad you crush em in the playoffs too. Like the 1982-83 76'ers. They laid everybody to waste that year. Didn't they lose just one game in the playoffs and sweep the great Lakers 80's team in the Finals? I loved that team and the years prior when the Celtics or Lakers would take them out every year.
