  1. I didn't even see that until you pointed it out. Shame on Robert. Time out now.
  2. I know. My dad plays guitar, and he can be picky about it.
  3. Don't you guys know that Robert played guitar on NIght Flight in the studios?
  4. I just retried it,and it wouldn't let me play the streaming link, and I can't get there either. I'm really sorry. All I know about it is, it's a live recording. There aren't horns in the beginning either.
  5. This is the link: Summertime It says taht it's Joplin/Hendrix. I like Hendrix, but I don't claim to recognize him instantly. So if it isn't, than I didn't know it.
  6. I found a Summertime somewhere and it was Janis singing and Hendrix on guitar. It was really good.
  7. I'm janisfan715. I talk to you sometimes there, I never made the connection!! I'm the one that talks about hating high school sometimes and about relating to Janis. I love the Janis forum. Everyone there is equal, post count means nothing, but there is still respect. Everyone is so nice.
  8. Raising Sand. I'm at my grandma's and she always asks to listen to it, she loves it.
  9. The man with no taste, manners and no friends. My best friend, the man who always kicks me when I'm down. *laughs* John Bonham. You can hear Bonzo in the background saying hey! and laughing. LA Forum 3/25/75 before Moby Dick
  10. I don't know much about British humor, but from what I've heard I like it.
  11. I just finished Somebody To Love?: A Rock N Roll Memior by Grace Slick. It's a great book, if you ever get the chance to get this book get it. It's really interesting and funny. I was laughing out loud when reading this book.
  12. I love hearing the stories! I wish I could get to have experiences like that, but I was born 13 years after Zep broke up.
  13. I bought Across The Universe on DVD because my old one got scratched.
  14. I saw that at the Janis Joplin forum. I have to get a copy. And beatbo, check ebay, I got a first pressing for $9.
  15. I don't either, but this is great. It isn't a musicial in a way that everyone sings and dances together. I thought they'd make the Beatles music really commercial, but they didn't.
  16. Do you think they would have returned eventually. I know concerts were planned for America in '80, so how would they have gotten around that?
  17. I hope you aren't talking about me, I didn't mean it in that way. I've seen some good movies lately, but none that are really really good. Across The Universe is great, one of my favourites and it's new.

But, some times you have to wonder.
  19. Never seen the first one, thanks!
  20. His eyes are so pretty, and they look great in that picture.
  21. I"ve not seen a really good movie at the theaters in a long time. The only exception was the screening of TSRTS, from November. I hung my ticket stubs on the wall in a frame.

How he got into those things I'll never figure out, I doubt that they even stretched.
  23. I love the bottom one, I"m going to have to take out the watermark.
  24. I feel the same way. It's cheaper to just rent. It isn't really worth the admission price unless you are really into M. Night Shamalon.
