I'm reading Scars of Sweet PAradise, it's about Janis Joplin. Great book, I reccomend it to any Janis fan. I"m also trying to read The Two Towers, but it just keeps getting put off. : ( I guess that's my fault.

That's good. I thought he wrote a song about her, I can't find the lyrics, but it's called Aniversary. It talks about how he's upset. so I take it that he didn't really want the divorce. (I'm not trying to pry or put my nose where it doesn't belong, just pointing it out.) But I think it's great that they are on good terms.

I have teachers like that. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just let her know that you do't mean to mess up. And I'd try to make up for it, ask for extra credit and etc.
