I don't think they should try to create another Woodstock. I enjoy seeing the movie, great piece of history there that can never be duplicated IMO. It was a shame how many of the fans started the fires towards the end of the concert back in 1999. Not a good way to celebrate the history of it all, that's for sure.

Exactly! Every generation has had its pick of teen idols. so I would hardly say "the world is gonna end" because these teen idols are so popular right now. For a band like Zeppelin who has sold over 300 million albums and have carved a permanent place in musical history, they have done extremely well for themselves!! More than a "few" people have heard of them, that's for sure.

Ate at Applebee's earlier today and had some leftover mozzarella sticks and some fried shrimp, yummy! I also just ate some chips and dip.

It's a beautiful 55 degree/sunny day! Had a lovely lunch at Applebee's and I also caught a sale on two t-shirts: Jimi Hendrix & the Rolling Stones. Only paid $20 for BOTH of them! Now I can add these along with my Zeppelin t-shirt, but I will certainly be getting more Zep and some more rock bands shirts in the future. I think I am gonna start a collection!

Me too! I liked Alexis' version of J"olene" too. She put her own spin on it. Yes, I saw the reaction of the little girls who thought the world came to an end when Cook beat Archuleta last year!! I just had to laugh!! I liked Adam's version of "Ring Of Fire" and I thought it was cool when Paula brought up Zeppelin's "Kashmir". I love it when people name drop our boys!!
