Yep, I heard about the shortage coming the other day and made sure I stayed full. The lines I saw were crazy, one was at least a quarter mile long on 121 up in McKinney. Here's a pic from out side my office on Greenville ave @ Forest And ofcourse gas prices rose .50 per gallon over night.

We got lucky...if that thing came up here ( I'm in the same area Kingzoso is ) and dumped just half the rain the Houston area got, the Lake Lewisville Dam would have given out. Any area south of The Colony would have been screwed. OMG, they found the van that got swept away and the bodies of all 6 family members, 4 of them children, inside . As the water receeds, I fear the death toll will rise significantly .

So far today over 2,000 rescues. In the Houston area.
