  5. How's it going "The Pagemeister?" I just got home and logged on so please bare with me. I feel like listening to the CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL - THE CONCERT CD. In my opinion, this band sounded great live and nothing could have been more evident than listening to THE CONCERT CD. According to the linear notes on the back of the CD case, this concert was recorded live at the Oakland Coliseum on 31 January 1970. The track line-up of the songs performed live on this album is as follows: (1.) Born On The Bayou (2.) Green River (3.) Tombstone Shadow (4.) Don't Look Now (5.) Travelin' Band (6.) Who'll Stop The Rain (7.) Bad Moon Rising (8.) Proud Mary (9.) Fortunate Son (10.) Commotion (11.) The Midnight Special (12.) Night Time Is The Right Time (13.) Down On The Corner (14.) Keep On Chooglin' ANOTHER GREAT LIVE ALBUM! ROCK ON!
  6. How's it going "Bong-Man?" I hope all is well with you. GREAT THREAD! I saw THE FIRM'S first Tour at The Forum in L.A. on 14 March 1985, it was one hell of a great show! And being the devout concert ticket collector that I am, and although I did not see these shows, I managed to collect THE FIRM concert ticket stubs at the McNichols Arena in Denver, Colorado on 10 March 1985, The Capital Centre (Two different dates) on 1 May 1985 and 19 March 1986 which is located in Largo, Landover, Maryland; a suburb of Washington DC and last but not least, The Sun Dome in Tampa, Florida on 14 March 1986. I'm always looking for more concert ticket stubs on THE FIRM! ROCK ON!
  7. How's it going "The Pagemeister?" I hope all is well with you. Right now, I'm listening to the PINK FLOYD 2-CD set entitled THE WALL LIVE, PINK FLOYD 1980-81 - IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE? I saw THE WALL Tour in 1980 and it was great despite barely being able to see the band through the little hole opening in the wall while they were playing live behind the brick wall throughout the whole concert. ROCK ON!
  8. how's it going "BIGDAN?" I hope all is well with you and your family. Actually, that was "beatbo" talking despite using the ROCK ON! term. You should use the ROCK ON! term too "BIGDAN," maybe we can get everyone on the Forum to say ROCK ON! In the mean time, ROCK ON my friend!
  9. How's it going "beatbo?" If "Swede" goes to Biloxi, I'm going to have to show up! It'll be cool hanging out with you and 'Swede!" ROCK ON!
  10. How's it going "Swede?" I'm coming up with a round figure here but I think that the drive between San Antonio to Biloxi is around 700 miles. I'll do some further research on it and get back to you. In the mean time, ROCK ON my friend!
  11. How's it going "BIGDAN?" I hope all is well with you and your family. I finally got back home this evening although I had fun hanging out with "beatbo" in Biloxi. Tina Turner did sing Rock in the late 1960's and 1970's. Tina Turner definitely deserves her place in Rock n' Roll history. ROCK ON!
  12. beatbo: i drove ZFF by beauvoir, the home of jeff davis. i told him i sent you some pics from the place and you correctly identified the weapnry. he was not impressed. as a matter of fact, he shook his head nonchalantly and then he threw up in my front seat. that's the last time i take that bastard to the beach. tune in for more adventures of beatbo and ZFF...as soon as i vacuum! ZeppFanForever: At least throwing up was better than shitting in his front seat! Ha Ha! ROCK ON!
  13. How's it going "eternal light?" I hope all is well with you. "These Dreams" is a very beautiful song, it does bring back some great memories for me. ROCK ON!
  14. How's it going "Reggie1971?" I hope all is well with you. Sadly, for me, the song that is stuck in my head at the moment is "Love Hurts" by NAZARETH!
  15. How's it going "danelectro59?" Three women come to mind at the moment and they are: JANIS JOPLIN, STEVIE NICKS and ANN WILSON! I realize that there are many other great female artists but these three are on my mind at the moment! ROCK ON!
  16. How's it going "Black_Dog?" I'm glad that you enjoy listening to HEART'S music! HEART will always be considered as one of the all-time greatest bands containing two of the greatest frontwomen in all of Rock n' Roll! ROCK ON!

  18. How's it going "Jahfin?" I get the feeling that HEART'S music is going to be recorded and sung by many more bands in the coming future. HEART did set a new level for all new female bands that came afterward, the results up to now speaks for itself. ROCK ON!
  19. How's it going "LednyrdZepnyrd?" When I woke up this morning, I put on the GOLD & PLATINUM 2-CD set by LYNYRD SKYNYRD. I just love this album! I love the songs "Down South Jukin," "Saturday Night Special," "Gimme Three Steps," "What's Your Name," "Gimme Back My Bullets," "Sweet Home Alabama," "Freebird," "That Smell," "Whiskey Rock-A-Roller" "Simple Man" and "Tuesday's Gone." These are all great songs that will live forever! ROCK ON!
