Tea41
It's amazing seeing all the anger in some of these posts, I'd love to see how angry these people get when presented with real problems that actually affects their lives. When you sell 350 million records and form the greatest band of all time, like Led Zeppelin did, then release a massive peerless catalog with not a clunker in the bunch, a catalog so good it makes most other bands look like pathetic, as well as becoming the #1 most influential guitarist, producer, and songwriter in popular music history, as Jimmy Page did, then you can release whatever you want too. Nobody's stopping you. Edited March 8, 2019 by Tea41
mickey g
Well, if Jimmy comes out with his Argyle Sweater Vest, I'm game. I've been wanting one since @ 9:00PM EDT 09/19/1970.
zeplz71
nearly $4,000 for the 'standard' version? Original ones from 1959 go for around $2,000 NAMM 2020: A Standard version of Jimmy Page's Sundragon signature amp is here at last By Amit Sharma and Jackson Maxwell If you missed out on the 2019 limited-edition run, now’s your chance to get dazed and confused NAMM 2020: Led Zeppelin fans rejoice! After electrifying the 2019 NAMM show with the announcement of its limited-edition Jimmy Page signature amplifier, Sundragon Amps has announced that the amp will now have a Standard counterpart. The Sundragon Standard was designed as a faithful recreation of Page’s original 1959 Supro Coronado, which was responsible for the bulk of his tones on Led Zeppelin's legendary self-titled debut album. The Surpro was also used on Page’s other early recordings, including Joe Cocker’s With a Little Help from My Friends. The new model will include most features from last year’s limited-edition version, on which the rock icon worked closely with Mitch Colby and Perry Margouleff to match the classic sound of that famous Supro. Hand-built, with point-to-point wiring exactly like the original, here’s an amp that certainly won’t be suffering any communication breakdowns, no matter what you throw at it. “Based on the overwhelming response to the limited edition Sundragon amplifier, I am pleased to announce that we will be producing a standard production model Sundragon amplifier,” Page said in a press release. The Standard Sundragon Jimmy Page amplifier will be available starting in March, directly from the manufacturer, for $3,875. Head over to Sundragon for more info. https://www.guitarworld.com/news/namm-2020-a-standard-version-of-jimmy-pages-sundragon-signature-amp-is-here-at-last Edited January 17, 2020 by zeplz71
