Yeah they just upped the fees at the beginning of December too! We were reimbursed for our appraisal fee. We got a cash payout to put a pool in. Dropped our rate by over 1.75%. Just met with the pool company this afternoon to pick out the colors, tile, etc. This is our third pool we’ve had built. Very excited! ✌🏼

Starting with assorted cheeses, then Romain salad, main course will be 8 Oz filet mignon with sautéed mushrooms, fettuccini Alfredo and baked garlic bread. For dessert homemade iced Christmas cookies and chocolate fudge.

Interesting footnote to Cole Beasley is that he walked out of the Cowboys’ training camp at the beginning of his career and was going to retire. Jason Garrett got him to come back, he made the team and the rest is history. Skip Bayless is a punk ass bitch. I couldn’t stand him back when he first appeared on the Sports Reporters show in the 90’s.... Anyway, I have no idea who I’ll pull for in the playoffs. I can’t see anyone beating KC, except maybe Tennessee because of Henry’s ability to control the game with his brutal running. Buffalo has a chance, but still really hasn’t proven anything when under pressure. NFC looks like the Saints to lose, but in any given game a number of teams could knock each other off. Breaking news...central Florida will be unseasonably warm the next two days with highs in the upper 70’s to 80....but Christmas Eve temps will drop by 40 degrees (F) and Christmas Day will be a high of 50 and lows below freezing for the first time in 3 years.
