Thanks Strider. We had a lovely evening. A bit stoned I have to say. Had a crafty Blond Maroc number which is very powerful. Blew my head off. Unfortunatley I have been up all night throwing up. At least 10 times so feel very sore this morning. Must have been something I ate. Enjoy your relaxing break man sounds fantastic. Also the C&C clip - very funny. Just what I needed
Happy Birthday my old mucka. And an extra bonus to boot
Mrs CP's birthday today and she loved her gifts. It's a beautiful sunny and warm day, I am playing golf this morning and we have 2 weeks off starting today. What could be more blissful?
Thanks to all. She has been enjoying the late summer sun. Still in her early stages but she looks fab. I have checked with the man who knows and it looks like 6 weeks. She is a bit shy in front of the camera as I trimmed a few fan leaves away. I will post a pic soon - when she lets me
Ta Jangs. Been waiting for that one for ages. Keep me in Golf balls for a bit.
Toms are ready and tasting much better now than a month ago.
Priscilla is getting ready for budding. Fingers crossed that Priscilla dosen't become Terence Stamp !!!
I first had this album in the 70's on vinyl. I picked it up in a newsagents for about 50p. Over the years I have often thought about it. This is recorded live in maybe the late 60's or early 70's and features Mick Bolton on Guitar. And it is a classic of it's genre. Heavy Blues guitar workouts. First 3 tunes are covers C'mon Everybody and Who Do You Love and Loving Cup and the rest are taken from the first album UFO 1 ( I think) Now thanks to Spotify I have been re united with it. Outstanding. Not for Schenker loving UFO fans. It is heavy blues in the Free stylee. If you don't like UFO from say mid 70's onwards I urge you to give this a spin.
