Breakfast this morning was: A bowl of Cheerios, a Rhubarb Yoghurt, Half a Red Grapefruit and a tall glass of Tropicana OJ

Dinner was steamed Haddock filets, baked sweet potato and broccoli for the green. A couple of glasses of Aussie Shiraz and a small Joint of Kashmir

Lunch today was Ham & Tomato on Multigrain. Packet of Plain Crisps and a naughty chocolate flapjack sort of oatey thing. Mug of Assam Tea

I have just dropped into the next village from me and have found a record shop selling VINYL. I knew it used to sell the odd record from time to time years ago but as I passed I popped in and asked. " In the cellar man" came the call. Down I went and couldn't believe it. Literally thousands of albums from The Beatles to House. Used of course but you could check them out to see if the marks were bad. The guy told me it has taken him a lot of work to catalogue them and grade them. Top marks that guy!! I could have been there all day and had no money left and I would have to sell the house. Anyway I picked up Neil Young - Decade 3 LP set, Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here and 20 Originals Of Little Feat - which is The First LP and Dixie Chicken. Total Cost 24 of my best English Pounds. Marvellous

Breakfast today was 2 slices of toast. 1 with Marmite 1 with Roses Lime Marmalade. Bowl of blueberries and natural yoghurt. Half a red grapefruit glass of Tropicana OJ.

Miserable as fuck in the Peaks today. Drizzly rain which only matches my mood

There is an interesting article in this weekends "Sunday Times" with Peter Mensch who is Jimmy Pages manager. The interviewer is discussing their (Mr & Mrs Mensch) move to the US. "It later comes up in a taxi heading to a West London studio where Page is remastering every Led Zeppelin LP". I thought he had already re mastered all the albums for the CD market? One can only hope, or assume, these will be for the vinyl market, a format I have re introduced myself to over the last week or so

Already have Spirit of Eden on Vinyl. Also a few 12" remixes of theirs. One of Mrs CP's favs.Have to check out Laughing Stock?

Watching Man U v Chealski. 2-1 up the reds at half time. Nervous 45 mins to go. Cooked a Beef Shaktora for dinner. Looking forward to a hot and spicy taste extravaganza.

Cheese and onion toasties for lunch and a cup of Assam Tea (mug) not very tall.

Played Golf this morning. Had very little energy as the cold wind bites. It was sunny enough but not warm enough to shake off the impending winter blues. It's prize giving evening tonight. I will be picking up 3 prizes I've won over the season. I'll order a nice bottle of red and have dinner whilst applauding my fellow golfers' winnings
