Be sure to tell that to all the people wanting a Zeppelin reunion then. Haven't you noticed you're on a board dedicated to a band that officially split in 1980? Of course it's not the same without Lane (and, therefore, not living in the past). It's not the same without Bonzo. That doesn't mean it can't be great.

Of course there can be a reunion, of the surviving members of the band. You might think it's madness, but I think that's a ridiculous stance. And I'm a fan from back in the day too, saw them too many times to count, with and without Rodders, and I loved Ronnie Lane just like I loved John Bonham. But that didn't stop me enjoying the O2 gig, and it wouldn't have stopped me seeing the Faces.

Tonight CNN did a piece on the Dead tour in which they did explain that it was under the name "the Dead" and why. On the other hand, they did refer to it as a reunion.

Knebby once explained this in a way I understood but have now forgotten--it has something to do with a mirror. Anyway, the image is reversed and they were all using their right hands, I remember that much! (The mirror part explained why the sign was the right way around.) Sorry my memory isn't working better. Edit: I think the point is that the mirror is behind them, so the sign SHOULD be backwards, because it's being reflected in the mirror, but somebody reversed the image so that the sign would read the right way around. Don't know if that makes sense.
