I heard radioactive on the radio today, it must be a good few years since I heard that as my Firm albums are on vinyl and no record player. have to say it sounded even better than I remember, love Jimmy's off the wall solo..typical Page..Am thinking of getting a record player and getting some new vinyl as lots seem to be released on the old format still. It had a warm sound which I miss . Saw The Firm In 85 at Wembley.

Now they were good although it was 21 years ago I saw them.

My mate knows a P.A who tours with lots of bands and whatever tour she is on we get passes to the shows etc, so although I wouldn't actually buy tickets for them I am opened minded enough to go and listen. Last year we got to see Slipknot and Slayer too, its the luck of the draw who she is on tour with at the time. Again I wouldn't part cash to see Slipknot but they did put on a really good show and you just never know untill you see someone, although if they could of got rid of the kids that were there, pushing and shoving, drunk on half a shandy etc it was actually good, but I am sounding like the old fart I am becoming

I saw Thunder 3 times in the 90's and have to say they were some of the best gigs I have been to, really realy great band !! They are doing one last show at this years Knebworth Festival aka Sonispheare headlining the the third stage.

Back from you on the rt handside. Just great to see or hear no vocals so you can just immerse yourself in the instrumentals. great stuff, can't adam and eve it that its the first time I have seen him, glad I did though. Tha bass player was a kid ?? I liked the fourhanded bass solo.

Just got back from a fab evening seeing Jeff Beck, the best covers man ever, his playing is from somewhere not of this earth. Great performance and what a treat to see it. he has no equal really.

They did a great show last fri at Wembley, yes there music is much the same, but I find it hard to think of a better closer to a show than For those about to rock..

Rush, Yes and Dream Theatre are my fave Proggers !! 21/8 time, hmmm 21 quavers to the bar lol !! and not the crisp variety
